This place was much BETTER than expected. The photos are great but didn’t do it justice cause the place was upgraded and spacious. The a/c got cold fast, we didn’t have any issues with any critters cause we followed the instructions. Love that it had a washer and dryer in unit and a pool on site. I will recommend this rental to anyone of my friends or family members traveling to Maui.

I honestly tried to find something negative, but there’s just nothing worth mentioning. Maybe the fridge didn’t make ice, though that seemed to be a user issue from a previous guest, but who cares when you have such a clean, comfortable place that feels like home.Whether you want a good night’s sleep, cook a nice meal, do laundry, or relax on the terrace with a view of a well-kept garden, everything is in perfect order. No AC needed either open the windows and let the Maui breeze take care of the rest. Right across the street is one of the longest beaches, ideal for sunset walks or spotting sea turtles in the evening. Please admire them quietly and give them space.After a full day of hiking, we loved ending the evening in the pool or soaking in the hot jacuzzi. And whenever we had a question, Suane was quick to help with friendly and helpful advice.This place is great whether you're here for hiking, the beach, or both, just like we did.
Overall we a good stay at this Condo. Most of the things you need for cooking or a beach trip you are already there. Bed is cosy, fans and A/C are working well.Floor is a bit wavy

Beautiful place located in a gorgeous neighborhood. Super close to restaurants in Kihei and centrally located for all activities on Maui. Would love to stay here again in the future.
We enjoyed our stay. The house was full of everything you need, with some extras. We loved how close it was to the beach. We missed the instructions and had a little difficulty working the pull out couch, but Susan communicated with us that she got it figured out. Parking is in the rear of the complex, the front parking is for residents only. Overall it was a nice trip. Good location and good price. We would definitely stay there again for our next trip!

We loved staying here. The property had everything we needed and more! It was a great place to start and end our days. Breakfast on the patio was amazing and the bed and couch were comfy. Having beach chairs, towels and other beach items available was great so we didn’t have to rent them. Hope we can find this listing next time we vacation here!
We enjoyed our stay in a comfortable abode. It was nice to meet others at the pool and hot tub. It was a good location to tour the island.
Loved our stay, perfect for anyone but super super family friendly. Pool was very clean and in working condition, also had a hot tub, which seems to be rare with rentals. We used the pool everyday it was such a plus. Close to shopping restaurants bus stops and the beach. So nice would love to come again.
This condo was centrally located but away from the tourist crowds. Lovely quiet beach across the street. Lush grounds, great (small) pool area with hot tub.
Condo itself was clean, comfortable, nicely updated, and had lots of extras - onsite laundry, beach chairs and towels and lovely lanai.
Only downside was we were unlucky to arrive during construction at neighbouring property. Some days louder than others, and it would have been so much better to hear only the birds and the trade winds. Overall fantastic and I recommend. Never had any issues with the manager. Definitely would return!

The condo worked perfectly for us. All the essential needs were there in kitchen and bathroom, etc. Our daughter who lives in upcountry in Maui, came and spent an overnight so it was very convenient having the sofa bed in the living room. Great location too.
The manager was absolutely rude to us and other guests it was like we were under a microscope the whole time we were there on the other side Susan shore our owner of our unit was fantastic they need to get a different manager
We had a fantastic stay at Susan’s vacation rental apartment! Susan was incredibly responsive and helpful throughout our stay, making sure we had everything we needed. The apartment itself was extremely well equipped and organized, with all the amenities we could ask for. It truly felt like a home away from home. Highly recommend! 🌟

I recently stayed at a condo in Maui and had a fantastic experience. The unit was exceptionally clean and felt brand new. I highly recommend this condo for anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable visit to Maui.
Great place to stay. Instructions for check in and out were communicated early. Property was clean and had everything we needed. Would stay here again.
Great kitchen with everything we needed to have our meals while staying. Comfortable bed, selection of pillows available, and bedroom had lots of space. It was everything that we needed for our trip - including chairs, cooler, boogie board, snorkeling equipment.
Could have used a few more facecloths (only 2) for the bathroom but we did use the washer/dryer so made due. The number of remotes for entertainment were confusing to figure out, but labelled so eventually through trial and error, we figured how to turn on the cable TV. Wish the swimming pool opened before 9am.
Everything was amazing! My friends and I enjoyed a lot our stay there. The neighbourhood is amazing, calm and everything in the house was perfect. We have loved staying here. Hope we can come back again :)
The host was very helpful. The property itself was nice and clean, and comes prestocked with beach chairs, coolers, etc. which were very convenient and saved us from having to rent those separately.
Great property. The kitchen is stocked with everything you need for a wonderful vacation. Also there were boogie boards, snorkels, chairs and umbrella available, which was super helpful! Well located on the islands. Close to everything. Would definitely stay here again! The owners were very kind and responsive.
