This beautifully decorated 2 bedroom, 2 bath ground floor condominium home underwent a complete renovation. All the windows have been replaced with new thermal aluminum windows that will keep the home quiet and cool. We are also upgraded to a tri-zone air conditioning system with a thermostat in each room so all Guests will be comfortable.

Conveniently located on the ground floor, this home is on the south corner of the building farthest away from the street and noise from busy S. Kihei Rd. It is very easy to park near the home and come into the end without having to go through the entire building each time you come and go. We are only a few short steps to the pool and grassy lawn, and a few more to the sandy beach and ocean beyond. The lanai and master bedroom offer a lush tropical garden view. The Second Bedroom has a torch ginger garden outside the window. We enjoy breakfast and lunch on the lanai and usually have dinner or Happy Hour on the rooftop deck to watch the sunset.

The master bedroom has a California King-size bed, an air conditioner, ceiling fan, flat screen TV and walk-in closet. The windows have with louvered shutters and the bedding is Tommy Bahama. The en-suite master bathroom is remodeled and enlarged.

The second bedroom features twin beds that can be converted to a King-size bed, if desired. The bedding includes Tommy Bahama quilts.The windows look out onto a red torch ginger garden. There is a flat screen TV, paddle fan and air conditioner in this room also. The second bathroom includes an extra deep bathtub with shower. There is a barn door that can be closed to create an en-suite bath if you wish.

The kitchen has been enlarged and features tile flooring, granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. There is an eating bar with pendant lights and counter stools and a wide selection of small appliances (coffee maker, blender, toaster, coffee grinder, rice maker, etc.) to make your stay as comfortable as possible.

For entertainment, this suite includes a flat screen television in the living room complete with DVD player. There are also flat screen televisions in each of the bedrooms.

This condo was the perfect size for our family of 3. It was centrally located within walking distance to shops, restaurants, and all the Kamaole beaches. There were beach towels, chairs, and a small cooler along with many other beach toys. The A/C and fans in all the rooms kept the condo cool. The beds and pillows were very comfortable, and there were plenty of bath towel sets. The only negative is that the water heater is very small, so you have to spread out showers if you all want hot water. We had a couple of minor things that needed handling during our stay, and the owner responded quickly to address them. We loved our stay in Maui and would not hesitate to return to this condo.

We loved our 2 weeks in Kihei. This unit was perfect for as us, the toughest decision of the day was which beach to go to as we were both Kam 1 or kam 2 were a 2 minute stroll away from the ground floor condo. A shaded Lāna‘i to enjoy breakfast on or 10 steps to the front for an ocean view. We spent many nights on the roof top having dinner- stellar 360 degree views. Best condo rental kitchen- everything you might need from sharp knives(!!) to a rice cooker. Chairs and beach toys and lots of beach towels were great to have. Communication with Susan was always swift. AC worked well in the living space, but if you’re a light sleeper they do make periodic buzzing noise in the bedrooms, which Susan explained was just how they were - ceiling fans in the bedrooms worked great.
