Beautiful and very well appointed condo in the perfect location!
Beautiful view from the balcony, lots of turtles, nice condo, well stocked. Could use a thorough cleaning. The air conditioning system has a condenser on the balcony, which heats it up, making it very warm. Balcony comfortable in the morning and at night, when the air conditioner is not in use. The property is very nice, between two sandy beaches, with easy access. Pool and property are well kept.

Amazing location with all amenities that a visitor to Maui could ask for (both in the unit/complex and within 2 blocks’ walk across S Kihei Rd)! This was exactly how we wanted to celebrate our anniversary - sunny, warm days with picture-perfect sunsets from the lanai. We lost count of the “honu” (green sea turtles) that we saw off the coast. Definitely recommend to anyone visiting South Maui.
We've stayed here many times and keep coming back.Love it!

Beautiful condo, very well appointed, everything we needed, excellent location!
This place is fabulous. Close to everything you could want ! Beach pool shopping dining. Will go every time I can get .
My family and I really had a NICE time at this property. The view was MAGNIFICENT! It is situated between two beaches: Kamaole I and Kamaole II. Both are winners! The unit has to be THE MOST WELL-STOCKED VRBO I have ever been in. It was so nice to already have a sufficient stock of TP, soap, shampoo, paper towels, dishwasher and washing machine detergents, seasonings, coffee filters, oil for cooking, and every utensil and appliance you can think of. That made the transition effortless. At first I was a little worried about it being so close to "town" (though it is quiet), because there were a few displaced folks in the area (though I am from the SF Bay Area, so a few means NOTHING compared to what I am used to)! However, the property and parking lot are well-monitored 24 hours a day, so that put me at ease. Being close to everything in other aspects was pretty nice, as we could just walk across or up the street to get pretty much anything we wanted or needed. My daughters enjoyed walking to the coffee shop across the street to start a relaxing day.Communication with the owner and the property rental company was uncomplicated. At one point, water had to be turned off for a couple of hours, and the owner sent me an email to inform me ahead of time. I can't stress how important it is to have that level of communication.My stoic husband is my barometer for our trips, and he was over the moon with this property and its location. Two thumbs up!
The unit was comfortable even though the guest room was a little noisy. Would suggest cushions for the dining room chairs, especially necessary for older guests.Tammy is an excellent communicator.The view was perfect, eating outdoors was perfect, the beds were comfortable. What more could we ask for!
We think Kehei is one of the best locations in Maui to stay. The sunsets are the best on the island, the beaches are plentiful and are not crowded. The Royal Mauian has one of the best locations in Kehei too! It's right on the water, and you don't have to cross the road to get to the beach! Kamaole I & II beaches are a short walk either way. The rocky outcrop in front of the RM is a turtle haven and you can snorkel right from either beach! This was our 2nd stay at a RM unit, along with another at the building next door, so we are familiar with the area & properties. This property was the nicest unit we've stayed at so far! The location in the building is perfect; just one unit away from the elevators, top-floor views, and faces mostly west for stunning sunset views right from the lanai! The unit is nicely furnished, and was clean on our arrival. We spent a lot of time on the lanai, and the counter-height table & chairs really helped enjoy the views; it made all the difference over a standard height table as you could see over the railing while sitting! While the unit does have A/C, we never used it (mid-March stay). We found that by leaving the front door open, there was almost always a nice breeze flowing through the unit. The owner was prompt in answering questions, and the on-island mgmt co was very responsive with minor issues (trouble getting on wi-fi & missing iron). We highly recommend this property! I would've booked 2026 but the dates I needed weren't available.
Perfect location. Waking up and falling asleep to the waves everyday. Beautiful sunrises & sunsets from the lanai. Sea turtles & whales when we first arrived. Thank you for an absolutely wonderful vacation!!

We have stayed at Royal Mauian before, but we loved being on the sixth floor and the air conditioning was amazing! Beds are comfortable. The views are great. We did not want to leave. They had everything we could possibly need for a beach day. I highly recommend.! Everything is close by and convenient. Wonderful communication with the owner.!

I’m so happy this condo was available for our vacation. While looking out at the ocean from the condo from the lanai we saw manycondo is located in Kihei which was a fantastic area in Maui. There are 2 beaches located on both sides of the condo with people snorkeling in the water. There are eateries across from the street from the condo and little stores to buy souvenirs. The condo was clean, comfortable, loved having 2 bathrooms, kitchen stocked with necessities and decorated very nicely.

We had a wonderful trip and we really loved this condo. We had plenty of space, it was well stocked and the location was perfect. We loved it so much we asked to extend our stay an extra night and the owner was very helpful and accommodating. We flew in during the software shutdown so our day 1 got messed up by delays and lost luggage :(
Just know the A/C shuts off anytime you open the front door so it was sometimes pretty warm when we got in from a long beach day. Make sure you turn them all back on and it’ll cool down relatively quickly. Not a deal breaker
All in all we love the area, loved the view from the lanai and would definitely stay again!

Bucket list family vacation achieved! This experience was flawless. The condo was perfect for our family of 4. We were situated in the perfect location for walking and driving, whatever our mood. Everything we needed was in the condo and more! Tammy is an excellent host and we will be back!
