The place offers a lower price than almost anything comparable in the vicinity and is in a good location too. Just don’t expect luxury! It’s fine for those who need a comfortable place to sleep and eat some meals
Arriving late at night the lock box on the door was difficult to figure out. For some reason I had to enter the code numerous times. I started to worry as it would not open up. Luckily it eventually worked for me. The condo did not smell fresh when we entered however opening the windows and doors helped clear it out. It was nice to have the space it offered. The kitchen was functional not the best I’ve seen. The stove top was a bit of a mess but it worked fine. Fridge was great. The cupboards need a really good cleaning. There were tiny bugs on the dishes and food packages every time I used anything. Furniture was good except the bed was not firm enough. Husband had a sore back every morning. I didn’t mind it and slept well. The complex was super nice with a great pool and grounds very well kept. Overall good to stay here but place needs an update.
After suffering through delayed flights,we got to Maui at 4 am,only to discover we were locked out of our Condo. We had to wait outside in the dark until 8:30 am when the office opened. The condo was somewhat disappointing as it was very tired and poorly stocked. However, Val with the rental agency was great when we finally got in touch with her. She brought keys and offered to help with anything else. Location was great, but the condo was disappointing.
For the location and having space for 4 people, this place is a bargain compared to anything else we saw. It was so nice to have beach chairs, boogie boards and a cooler at the unit. Nothing fancy, but can’t beat the price and overall clean!
This condo is just a two minute walk from one of Maui's best beaches. We LOVED the location. It's also located really close to several of our favorite Kihei restaurants. We took Uber from the airport and really didn't need a car. The price is super affordable and really all you need for budget accommodations. The condo is very clean and the bed is comfy. The furniture and decor is all very dated and has no ambiance or matching decorations...but that's not why we go to Maui. If you are looking for fancy or how a place "looks" this may not be the spot for you. But I highly recommend if you are looking for a budget friendly spot that's clean and in a perfect location. I was pleasantly surprised at how amazing the location of the condo was in relation to so many things within walking distance, and being directly across the street from the best of Kehei's beaches (Kamaole II beach). And only a 5 minute drive south to fancy shopping and dining in Wailea. The condo was in the very back so it was quiet and private drinking coffee on the balcony when the sun comes up to the glorious (and loud) sounds of many different types of exotic birds was amazing. The condo property was clean, even tho it was very old. Many permanent residents live there. The unit we stayed in is in desperate need of updating, as it appears to be original (30yrs old?), and the furniture and decor looks like a thrift store explosion. But I didn't care about that, as it was clean enough, beds were comfy, and we had what we needed (except a/c). There is no a/c, so I'm not sure I could handle that in the summer. It was unseasonably warm for December, but was manageable with all the fans. Not sure how I overlooked that in the listing, but I usually never stay at a condo that doesn't have a/c. It was only warm in the mid to late afternoons, but when in Maui you shouldn't be sitting in the condo at that time anyway!! Highly recommend for the price.
This condo had everything we needed for our stay. The host/management were super responsive and helpful when getting us settled when we arrived. As others have said the location is unbeatable. Best sunsets across the street at the beach.
The location was great and Ive stayed at KKN many times. The condo was in desperate need of an upgrade. The only chair in the living room was broken and was replaced by another very old used chair after 10 days. The unit was very dirty at checkin and everything needs replacement. breplaced.
Me and my wife stayed here for about a week and it was overall a great experience. It’s important to note that this place doesn’t have an AC unit in it, but there are two electric fans. With the windows open and the fans blowing at night, my wife and I had no trouble sleeping and staying cool in the evening, but the place gets pretty during the day. There were also a lot of extra accommodations that were unexpected. In the closet, we found an air mattress and outside there is a chest full of beach stuff like some snorkeling kits and boogie boards. Overall, it was a great experience for the price.
The building is situated on a quiet, end of the street with nice breeze, people are friendly. Staff at the resort were helpful. The cool ocean breeze hits the end of that street and it moves to the direction of the condo. Sitting or having meals at the deck is a must.
Played golf and enjoyed the proximity to where we played. Hideabed was not to comfortable and the ceiling fan did not work in the bedroom. Management was quick to respond.
Had a great time. Very relaxing and the weather was wonderful.

This condo is an excellent location, steps to the beach, close to shops and restaurants. Includes all beach gear!

Overall it was clean, accurate listing, a little too warm for my family to stay during the day with the temps above 85 when with the fans going, we bought another stand fan for the bedroom so they could sleep a little more comfortable. Perfect place though to cook a quick breakfast and then get home around 10pm after spending the day out.

Convenient and centrally located condo, less than a block to a nice sandy and clean beach with 3 popular local restaurants right on the corner. It was a great stay and the price was right.

Fantastic location, walking distance to beach and shops, restaurants etc. Looked better in person than in photos. Well stocked kitchen, lots of towels etc and super clean. Sofa bed was one of most comfortable we have ever used, son loved it. We were aware that there was no AC, there were two ceiling fans (one had a bad rattle, other didn't work) and one on a stand. Nights were plenty cool with great breezes but keeping the windows open allowed the roosters crowing in the overnight/early morning to wake us up. Roosters are common on the islands so we expected it. If both ceiling fans worked properly it would have been a better night sleep and is an easy fix. The tub was painted and paint was peeling off. We didn't care and for the price we paid it was a non issue for us. All in all it was great and we would stay there again. If you show up in the dark the unit is located in the last building on the left #8 at the end.

Everything was awesome!
Even though we had a few hiccups with the stay it was overall a great experience, just no AC and semi- old built, but super close to the beach! Host was super responsive and great! Had a great time!

We had a great time at the condo! Its the first time we go to Maui and didn’t get ocean view but I enjoyed the lush greenery view from the lanai. The place is really decent and good value for the $$. The living room is spacious and the condo has everything one need. The king bed was comfortable, the place has ceiling fans and extra fans too so it was pleasant to sleep at night. I particularly don’t like AC so if you want to have it in Hawai’i then go to the fancy resorts. I live in Seattle and it’s cold in here 9 months of the year so I really like the warm air from the tropics. Check in was a breeze. The place is quiet at night and we had a symphony of birds in the morning that was quite enjoyable. We had a little issue and management was quick to fix the problem. Overall a great stay! I recommend this place and would love to stay here again. Mahalo!
The property is in an excellent location, and the grounds are very clean.
The unit itself had some issues… There is no actual air conditioning, just 2 fans to use. The bathroom doesn’t have a fan, and the curtains in the bedroom don’t open or close. We found a cockroach in the bedroom, and one in the kitchen, as well as a gecko/lizard in the kitchen. There are itty bitty little bugs crawling around the kitchen and bathroom sinks, that didn’t seem to go away even if we wiped them up.
Other than that, the place was clean and we really loved the location being so close to the beach, and lots of Kihei activities.
