This was our second time staying at this property and it truly feels like a home away from home. It has everything you could possibly need, it is by far the best equipped place we have ever rented. The views are excellent and the location is unbeatable. Between two beaches with snorkeling right out in front. Downsides for some maybe the lack of a/c and spa but I am not fond of either of those so this a winner for me!
Great views from the lanai and groceries an easy walk plus cafes. I rented two years and hope for a third.
The overall property is older but very well kept. This unit is well equipped, updated and clean The second floor location minimizes having to use the elevator and the view is still extraordinary! Communication with owner was smooth and everything was as advertised. Excellent beaches and snorkeling at your door along with shops and restaurants right across the street make this the perfect location

Amazing condo! The location is perfect with an easy walk to two beaches! Lots of snorkeling & turtles out front. The condo is outfitted incredibly well with everything you could possibly need. It was hot during our stay but the afternoon winds cool things down and we were often out & about during the afternoons. Gorgeous sunsets from the lanai. Host was wonderful. Mahalo!
This is hands down the most fully equipped place we have ever stayed in Maui. It has everything you need and then some. Views from the Lanai are just beautiful and the location between the two beaches is perfect. Shopping is nearby, some of it within walking distance. The only negative for some might be the lack of jacuzzi at the pool, my husband did miss that a little. Will be back for sure!
Beaches and cafes and groceries all so close. Great walking plus great sunsets from the balcony. And a “library” down the hall. I am going back.
We have been travelling to Maui for over forty years. We have stayed in many different resorts, timeshares and condos. By far and away, this is the best unit we have ever stayed in! It has it all: location, view, facility, beaches, pool, sunsets...everything!
The unit itself is extremely well maintained, the view of the shoreline, ocean and sunsets are beyond description and the location between Kamaole Beach I and Kamaole Beach II is unbeatable. The beaches are perfect for lounging and swimming. The shore is gently sloped and there is no undertow. Terrific local snorkeling and paddleboarding. The temperature of the water is perfect.
There are plenty of walkable restaurants, shops and stores. Some of the best cinnamon rolls you have ever eaten are right across the street...just look for the line! We found ourselves enjoying the afternoons on the lanai, watching the waves and sunset. Maui has always had terrific sunsets, but the location of this building makes them spectacular!
There is a great pool which we used daily. There is a rooftop deck that has expansive views, barbeques and tables for dining. There is even a small kitchen on the rooftop.
The owner is very responsive and has really thought through everything in putting this unit together. All you really need to do is bring your bathing suit, some shorts and a book! She has maintained the unit beautifully. In the end, it is located on a premium beach, in a premium building and has been updated beautifully!
Ocean views, walking distance to the beach and close to everything in Kihei.
The property had everything we needed for our family for the week. Clean, great location, great views, and awesome rooftop! Located between two very nice beaches, and good snorkeling. We saw fish, sea turtles, and a stingray!
