Situated on the best part of Ewa Beach this 4bd/3ba home boasts Diamond Head, Ocean, City Lights, Mountains, Sunrise, and Sunset views! Both upstairs bedrooms have their own private bathrooms. Gourmet Kitchen with rich cabinetry, granite counters, travertine flooring, well-appointed bathrooms, and top-of-the-line stainless steel appliances. American Made (North Carolina), top-of-the-line, heirloom furniture throughout, reserved for multi-million dollar homes – this is not rental furniture but our personal furniture. We live in this home throughout the year and rent it only a to a select six to eight families a year when we go on vacation or business that takes us away from Hawaii. So please check with us for flexibility in our dates that match yours and ours.
For those who really desire or need it – the house easily cools with its highly efficient and super cool, split-level air conditioning units in each of the bedrooms and main living area; however, with an abundance of ocean breezes and the many ceiling fans throughout, it is rarely needed or desired. One of the lushest landscaped beach homes in the Ewa Beach area with the fragrance of native Hawaiian plants, trees, and foliage that will surely delight your senses.
Downstairs features a baby grand piano that you are welcome to play should you have piano experience. The living room has a sliding wall that completely opens to the large covered lanai with tropical landscaping and raised herb garden bed ready for your own recipes in the kitchen or to enjoy on the “Giant, Green Egg” BBQ grill (charcoal is required) on the enormous lanai. Large 75” plasma TV complete with internet access for you to log into your preferred streaming services and DVD player. There are TV's mounted on the wall in the two downstairs bedrooms; however, they are also only connected to internet for your streaming services.
Walk off the Lanai, past the herb garden, over the lush green lawn, and let the warm white sand dance around your toes as the warm Pacific Ocean beckons you to swim or play. Catch the waves as you body surf or just swim at your leisure. Don’t forget to take time to sunbathe on one of the most beautiful beaches in Hawaii, when you return shower off in the outside shower before drying off and relaxing. You have the option to rent a Surf or Stand-up-Paddle Board or both for a discounted price about 40% cheaper than in town and delivered to our beach house.
This luxury beach home accommodates up to eight guests. We have an enormous amount of personal items for your convenience and use - almost like stepping into your own home. This home is indeed on the beach. The location of this home allowed us to have the beach nearly to ourselves most of the week. The owner has been in constant communication with me since I initially inquired about the home. This was the first HI visit for all of us to include the first plane ride for many of us. An absolutely amazing experience.

What a memorable time we had at Terry and Lina’s beautiful property. We spent so much time out on the Lanai playing games, enjoying meals, reading and otherwise just enjoying being steps away from the ocean! The house was clean and well equipped, we didn’t feel like we lacked anything. Terry was always quick to respond with helpful answers to our questions. We spent lots of time at the house as we felt so at home. Terry was even so kind to accommodate us when our flight plans changed. The only knock on the property I can come up with is that we found it difficult to swim with the shallow coral. That being said, we enjoyed riding floaties, playing in the sand and enjoying sun in the backyard. Would definitely stay here again. Thanks for an amazing time Terry & Lina!

Four couples gathered at Ewa Beach for one week of island touring. TerrY’s home was as advertised and easily accommodated all of us. Beach location was perfect. Convenient shopping and restaurants nearby.
Just plan travel times with heavy traffic in mind.

We brought our family to Oahu for spring break, after having to postpone a trip during the covid shutdown. Terry was beyond kind and patient with us as we tried to rebook at a peak season time, he honored our previous price, even though he was not required to do so. He was very prompt with all of our correspondence. We had no issues with checking in or out. It is a spectacular property walking right onto the sand. The only thing I would caution is that while the beach is sandy, there is quite a bit of coral in the ocean making swimming a bit hazardous depending on the waves. This didn’t change the fact that it truly is a little slice of heaven! We enjoyed the peace and quiet of this quaint little neighborhood, and loved waking up to the waves crashing onto the beach outside our window. I highly recommend for families or anyone wanting to escape the crowds and enjoy your own personal beach house. Thanks again Terry for a wonderful experience!

This property was everything promised. Right on the beach with views of sunrise and sunset. We never missed one. Early morning swims and spacious yard for games. Covered patio for lunch and dinners, TVs in all the rooms and a stocked kitchen. The owners were very responsive to questions and provided clear instructions for entry, clean up and expectations. I highly recommend this home for a safe environment and a wonderful base for your vacation.

We recently stayed at the Ewa Beach House and had a fantastic time! The home and property is true to its listing. Communication with TerrY was very easy. The home was very clean and comfortable, with many amenities including some beach toys for our little one to play with! It has a very nice kitchen, so we were able to prepare many meals at home. My favorite part was walking outside on the lanai to drink my morning coffee and hear the waves crashing right there. Also, sunrises and sunsets viewed from the beach backyard are amazing! I highly recommend the Ewa Beach House to stay in the Honolulu area.
