The view could not be more gorgeous! The place was clean, bed comfy and amenities plentiful. Would go back in a heartbeat.
I have been to Kauai 4 times in the last 4 years. I can say with certainty this is the best condo we have rented on the Island! The owner Toni was very communicative and made sure everything was great. The condo is nicely appointed and has everything you could need for a Hawaiian vacation. All you need to pack is your clothes. The beds were very comfortable and the Tradewinds kept the condo very comfortable even though it was August. Finally the views, OMG the pictures she has don't do it justice! It was like looking at a screen saver every morning waking up with a coffee and every evening watching the sun set off of the deck! Highly recommend this condo!
Fantastic location and the views did not disappoint! As others have noted, it is hot without A/C but it was manageable. Excellent communication from host when needed. We can't wait to return!
We enjoyed our time here. The view from the downstairs portion of the unit is stunning. The cabinets were stocked with dishes/utensils. The wifi was easy to connect to and reliable. The condo complex was well-maintained. Parking was located a very short walk from the unit and I never had issues finding a space. The location is good - a short walk to Hideaway Beach (and hideaway lookout, for those who prefer not to adventure down the surprisingly steep trail to get to the beach), short drive to the golf course, and a quick drive into Hanalei or nearby Kilauea. The area is peaceful. There is plenty of beach gear available in the upstairs closet. Also, the owners were transparent about ongoing construction in advance of our stay (the construction was far away from our unit). There were some opportunities for improvement. There was less air flow through the unit than I expected. This may have been partially due to the weather and time of year. The owners provided a generous number of fans - even with all on full blast and with the wind and rains that would come through, we had some difficulty bringing the temp down in the evenings. This affected the loft area more than downstairs. A/C would be a tremendous addition. The only other minor issue we had was related to bugs (earwigs and flying roaches) that somehow made their way in despite all obvious entry points closed. Not overwhelming by any means, but more than expected for a vacation rental.
A wonderful time away from a busy schedule. The condo was perfect for us. Very comfortable, quiet and we spent many (most) of our days on the lanai. If you sit just right, the palm tree blocks out Pua Poa and you really feel like you have the whole place to yourself. You can watch all the comings and goings from Hideaways and Secret Beach.Very clean & well appointed...solar shades were great, the screen door on the main door was perfect for cross breezes and PLENTY of fans. There was nothing missing!We had a small issue in the beginning and Toni was on it right away and it was resolved within 24 hours. Could not ask for a better host. Thank you Toni! Loved the location and incredible ocean views from anywhere in the property. Well stocked with all the beach accessories needed (towels, chairs, umbrella, beach bags). Had a wonderful stay and the owners were very easy to communicate with.
The view was absolutely incredible! The condo was nicely kept and so well supplied. I was very impressed. There weren't any complications at all
We loved our stay at this property. It was just as listed. The view couldn't be beat. The property was so quiet and relaxing and the home had everything we could need for our stay- in the kitchen, beach and pool toys, etc. As noted there was no AC, which we were nervous about in July. But we figured out to close the shades during the day while we were gone and use the door screens in the evening when we returned for cross ventilation. We've already recommended this property to friends and can't wait to return.

The location is divine. The sunsets are gorgeous. There are nice breezes that flow through the rooms. The kitchen is well equipped, and there are lots of water toys upstairs should you choose to use them.
