Beautiful shore side location. Great restaurants down stairs. Place was easy to get to and check in was smooth. Hope to stay here again when we come back.
The renovations made to the condo look great. Housekeeping... bathroom doors, door frame and refrigerator door /handle were filthy. The bed pillows are old and flat. Overall we had a good stay. Thank you!

This is a great place to stay and the owner and property manager were both great to work with and very accommodating. The pictures advertised are true. The view is fantastic.
The location is perfect and So is the property that is recently renovated. Steve is a great host and was always available to answer any questions or concerns. My wife and I had great time here and we will certainly book it again.
Minor cosmetics are overcome by the view and location on the island. Management company and host checked on us and were very responsive
The location was perfect, I’ve stayed many times at other near with in walking distance condos, the all have carry on beach chairs, snorkeling equipment, boom box, fishing pools, nets, operating cable box, (not just Roku), kitchen fully stocked with fair newer utensils, dishes, pans, condiments, at least salt. THIS PLACE HAD AN IRON WITH OUT IRONING BOAR. CHIPED PLATES, ONE SHAMPOO ONE CONDITIONER SHOWER 1oz for 6 day stay, broken kitchen foset, table setting mats were severely worn, no laundry softener, there was more covers for pans that did not exist…, but other than these inconveniences we enjoyed the weather it was nice

The stay was good Ptoperty was at the best location with all the facilities. However it would hsve been better if the bedsheets and towels couls be changed every day. Having said that I have enjoyed the stay to the fullest and will recommend others for it.

Kihei is amazing and loved our stay at this condo!! Beautiful view of the ocean and the place looks just like the pictures.Only thing we could not get the tv ever to work. The maintence worker would have come and helped but we were not able to connect on a time.Otherwise fantasic stay
Trip was in January, so ended up not using the air conditioner. Just opened the door of the lanai and let the Hawaiian breeze in!! We did get little cockroaches appearing, and the management rushed in to put tons of traps all around the apartment. It was a very relaxing and enjoyable 10 days. Did not want to leave. Even the Lagoon in front of the property was a huge surprise as we snorkeled with hundreds of fish and 19 turtles on the last day there. It is very shallow so some people just walk all the way in to see the turtles... we snorkeled every day in many different locations and right there in our Backyard, I saw a baby eel and a 20 inch surgeonfish... great trip!
We stayed 6 nights and really enjoyed it. No problems with anything, nice & quiet at night and a priceless view!The pool is right on the beach, the pond makes it nice for kids & disabled to get into the water as it's very calm. The restaurant is great with a nice atmosphere, and the sunsets are awesome. We'll be back.
Stayed 2 nights over NYE and was a great little getaway! Property is quiet end of Kihei with small sandy beach just adjacent to grounds and pool area. Fantastic views especially of sunset. Great spot for a quick short trip or lengthy stay, has all amenities you may need.
The location was to die for. You could see whales off the lanai. The condo was well equipped. The only real suggestion i could make would be to replace the mattress in the bedroom. It was very hard and uncomfortable. But having the beach, pool, ocean all right there...priceless. We would probably rent there again in the future.

This Condo worked out perfectly for us. The location cannot be beat. The unit was clean and functional for our requirements. We had no seriousissues
The apartment is very nice. Had everything we needed. A nice quiet location right on the beach. Beautiful sunsets from the lanai. Having carpet was odd but it seemed clean enough. If you are taller than 6 feet, the shower is short. The fan in the bedroom needs to be replaced with a newer and/or better one. It was too noisy to leave on at night. Before booking, I asked the owner if it had a king size bed. He couldn’t remember. For your info, it’s a queen. Which was fine but he should know and put it in the ad.
The cleaners need to focus on the “extras”. Like the dining room chandelier and the top of the fans had half an inch of dirt on them.
We normally spend 7 to 14 days in Maui. We like a location of this condominium for convenience. It’s a little old and sedated but very comfortable for two of us.
Loved how close it was to the beach for the price you actually get a decent spot to paddleboard and to swim
We had a great week at Menehune Shores. It was amazing watching the meteor shower and drinking our coffee from the lanai. Location was very central to everything on the island. Thank you.
this place is so dated, old brown shag carpet... but the place was not so clean. the A/c had visible mold in side it. make the condo smell. the kitchen had minimum equipment. not even a set of measuring cups. But hey the unit was cheap.... i guess you get what you pay for.

Clean, great view and property. 3 to 6 miles away from luxury shopping to mom and pop business. KAM#2 Beach is the best beach. Parking and beach front aplenty.
