Wonderful condo on beautifully maintained grounds! Just like the pictures. Close enough to neighboring resorts without the hustle and bustle of tourists. Very quiet and peaceful property. The space was perfect for our family of 5 to eat quick meals on the lanai while watching whales in the distance before adventuring around the island. The washer/dryer was convenient for our towels and bathing suits to be fresh for the next day’s adventures. Slept with the windows open and fell asleep to the crashing waves and cool breeze every night. We were visiting family on the island and they wanted to hang with us! Will definitely be back to reserve this condo again. Mahalo!

Our family enjoyed our stay here in early March and would gladly come back! The unit was clean, updated and well equipped. Best feature is the lanai view we spent lots of time taking in the sights and whales!! We did use the pool and hot tub which we enjoyed. The landscaped grounds were very well maintained. Staff that we encountered were always friendly and polite. Parking was never an issue. Highly recommend Papakea!!

Very good location. It is waterfront (grass lawn and seawall) but not beachfront. There are great sand beaches (Kanaapali) a short drive away. We were able to enjoy our morning coffee and pineapples on the lanai while watching the whales swim by in the distance. Very clean unit. Kitchen area stocked with all the appliances, utensils, dishes, pans, etc... for preparing all meals. We were only two adults but the unit is spacious and can easily accommodate four adults or a family of 5 or 6. The pool and the hot tub in the common areas were well maintained. A/C works well throughout the unit. You will need to rent boogie boards, beach umbrella, snorkel fins, etc...as the owners have chosen to not provide those in the unit. Overall wonderful unit, delivers on its advertised promises. Would recommend to others and would stay here again.

The condo was excellent and the location was perfect. 180 degree sweeping view of the water that could not be beat! Very walkable for morning coffee or for stilling the beach to Black Rock. We cannot imagine a better vacation.
