Kapalua Golf Villa 15T1 is a one-bedroom, two-bathroom condo situated right on the Kapalua Bay Course. Spacious lanai for family time or entertaining! Hawaiian-inspired décor and furnishings. This private unit has a panoramic view, and central AC!
The master bedroom has a California King Size bed, with an ensuite bathroom. Private washer and dryer for added convenience. In the living room is a Queen Size sleeper sofa for additional guests. There is another full bathroom off the hallway featuring a stand-up shower. Comfortable seating and a flat-screen TV for relaxing after a fun day outdoors. Enjoy cooking in this fully equipped kitchen, which features granite countertops, custom cabinets, and full-size stainless-steel appliances.
The Kapalua Golf Villas is located in the heart of world-class Kapalua, close to many of Maui's top beaches, such as Kapalua Bay, Napili Bay, Honolua Bay, and more! Enjoy many wonderful restaurants and prestigious golf courses just steps from the villa. This Kapalua Golf villa offers multiple pools for you and your party to enjoy. There are 3 pools that are family-friendly (A,B,C) and 1 that is set aside for adults of the ages 21 and older (D) as well as recreation and barbecue areas. Kapalua offers a free shuttle service anywhere within Kapalua to all Kapalua guests. There is plenty of free parking and there are no additional daily resort fees at this resort. There are also great trails to explore; all within walking distance you can enjoy the Kapalua Coastal Hiking Trail and the Mahana Ridge Hiking trail
Quam Properties provides basic amenities like bath towels and beach towels. We also provide a starter kit of laundry detergent, dish pods, Hawaii-made shampoo, conditioner, and soap. This unit has two beach chairs, a beach umbrella, and a cooler for your stay.
Minimum 4-night rental. 1100 sq. ft. condo. There is a $260.00 cleaning fee. All reservations will be automatically charged a processing fee on the total amount of rental. 17.962% of state taxes are added to all rates. Daily maid service is an additional charge and is optional.
Cancellation Policy:
**For Short Stays (Less than 30 nights):
- Guests may cancel outside of 30 days of the arrival date and receive a full refund without any additional charges.
- Cancellations made 29-14 days before of the arrival date will be eligible for a 50% refund of the total payment.
- No refunds will be issued for cancellations within 13 days of the arrival date.
**For Longer Stays (30+ nights):
- Guests may cancel outside of thirty (30) days of the arrival date and receive a full refund without any additional charges.

My husband and I thought the property was perfect for us. It’s located on the first floor on the edge of the 15T complex. The villa is clean and provided the basic necessities to make our stay comfortable. However, the 17-step stair case to the 2nd floor can be challenging if you have knee issues or carrying heavy luggage. Otherwise, this villa is spacious and clean. It made our stay in Kapalua wonderful! In addition, it’s central location made it easy to walk around and get acquainted with the Kapalua Resort community.
Kudos go to the Quam property staff (sorry, didn’t get her name) for her patience in helping us locate the villa on the night of our arrival. On 11/12/21, we arrived almost around midnight due to a flight cancellation. After a few futile attempts, we finally found our villa with her assistance. Thank you.

This property made our vacation an even better time! They had everything you needed. The place is clean and very well taken care of. Amazing views to wake up too every day. The pool was very nice and luckily we had it all to ourselves. I would definitely come back to stay here!!

The property is beautiful and the condo perfect! Very clean and a great view of the golf course! Close to beaches and restaurants and shopping! We loved it and the price was perfect!
