We welcome you to your relaxing vacation in our unit at the Kihei Kai Nani. Choice location across the street from sandy Kamaole Beach 2!

-Backs onto a quiet, large, manicured grass area next to the lani (patio). A great place to enjoy morning coffee while you listen to the small birds singing and smell the Plumeria trees.

-Two Flat screen TVs - 50" Smart TV and 48" TV including cable. One in living room and one in the bedroom(bedroom Ruku).

-We send information to download an app for free calling which uses wi-fi in our unit, or wi-fi at the pool
-Unit remodeled including smooth ceilings and walls. Tile floors so there is no hidden sand beneath your feet.
-Air Conditioning and ceiling, window and floor fans provided
-Two-minute walk from shops, restaurants and a busy road.
- No need to rent car for this relaxing getaway, area our resort is in has quite a few restaurants. It has less expensive restaurants like Fred's Mexican Restaurant, Pizza Hut, Moose Mcgillicuddy's, ABC, 808 deli and also, for finer dining, Cafe Ole is amongst them.
-We feel safe to walk the road or along the sandy beach of Kameole Beach 2 (about 2 minutes away) at daybreak.
-Huge resort pool open 9 a.m. to 9 p.m.
-Two conveniently placed barbecues 30 steps to the left through the sliding door or out the front door across the smaller parking lot.
-Two, six drawer dressers - one in the hallway for extra guests
-We provide beach towels, chairs, cooler. Other items left by us include snorkels, marks, fins, boogie boards and pool noodles but can't be guaranteed.
-Puzzles and games drawer.

-One bedroom with Queen bed (sleeps 2) - included with extra person charge
-One newer sofa-a-bed queen bed (sleeps 2) with comfortable memory foam mattress - included with extra person charge

-One single air mattress, not raised and more suitable for a child which we don't charge for when five guests stay (sleeps 1)

This property was just perfect for our stay! Condo was in a great location, well-stocked and very clean! Becky was great at reaching out to make sure everything was okay. We would definitely stay here again! Condo complex was in a great location - across the street from the beach and next to restaurants and shopping.

This property was a great stay! The condo is filled with all the amenities you could need. Very clean place with a great shower. Beach equipment like fold-out chairs, umbrellas, coolers, beach mats and even boogie boards are included and very handy! The location is nearby lots of shops and restaurants, everything you need is right here. 10/10 would book again, I highly recommend this place!

The only issue I had was not the fault of the vrbo owner. Maui has had problems with cell coverage since the fires. So even with decent wifi my phone kept drooping calls. But if I walked 1 minute to the beach my phone worked fine.

Great location, easy setup, helpful hosts, clean, and stocked with toys. Could use another/bigger AC unit, and clothes dryer is at condo office and charges to use. Other than that, great stay and worked perfect.

Couldn't be more perfect for our needs. Hosts were EXTREMELY flexible and communicative, helping me through the initial dates.
We got there a little late, and everything was CLEAN and STOCKED. Heck, there was even creamer and coffee in the fridge! Beds and pullouts were comfy, plenty of blankets and pillows. Bathroom was fantastic (yay water pressure).
Minutes from one of the best beaches in the world. Seriously, sunsets are incredible there. Close to shops, restaurants, and everything you might need while you're on Maui.
Don't hesitate on this property. You'll be thanking me later.

We loved how quiet this unit and complex are while being in the heart of Kihei and directly across the main drag from the beach! Convenient for everything we wanted to do: shop, dine, sunbathe and sandcastles.
Becky and John were always available with answers to any of our questions, and this clean, ground floor unit was the perfect size for the two of us to spend a beautiful week. We hope to be able to get back here, soon! Mahalo for making our anniversary so relaxing and effortless!
