This second-floor condo, located in the "M" building, is completely furnished for your needs. 2 bedrooms, a master with king bed in the loft, and second bedroom with 2 twin beds, plus a full-size Murphy bed in the living room. Two newly remodeled bathrooms. The newly remodeled kitchen has all your cooking needs, including a blender for tropical drinks. 2 tennis courts right outside the front door, 2 pools with jacuzzi, and the best beach in Maui right across the street.
Our cleaning staff completely sanitizes the condo between each visitor.

Gary’s property is immaculate. Clean and fresh. Lots of amenities like the beach mats, towels, umbrella. Shampoo and soaps included. The ensuite laundry and dryer were amazing. The Murphy bed was super comfy! Loved that every room had AC.
The wifi was strong/ TVs worked great.
Fully stocked kitchen. It’s a beautiful condo community with pool and tennis courts and bbqs. Short walk to the beach. Wonderful food nearby. Nice and quiet at night!

A comfortable and quiet rental in the perfect part of Kihei for our activities! We love the Mana Kai Beach and Kam 3 so the location was perfect.

The condo was great for everything we needed, lots of beach stuff. We wished there was a better view of the ocean and that it was a closer walk to the beach. The condo is at the very back of the complex and a good half mile or more walk downhill to the beach. We just drove it. The pool is very close, though, and the kids really enjoyed it.

We found Gary’s place to be a very comfortable place to call home for three weeks. The complex is very nice and well cared for! The apartment contained everything that we needed including many outdoor and beach toys for us and our kids. The apartment was very clean and everything very straightforward with regards to booking, check-in, and departure. Gary was also very communicative and responded to any questions quickly and clearly. We recommend Gary’s place and hope to return someday in the future.
