6/1-7/24 Roof Replacement - During this time, the Air Conditioning in the unit and the entire building will be down due to roof replacement, prices have been reduced to reflect this.
Many of our guests prefer not to use the air conditioning as we are typically Blessed with tropical trade winds, which is Hawaii's natural cooling system. Our units have nice cross ventilation which is controlled by opening the kitchen window and lanai sliding doors to let the trades circulate the air. During this time however, for added comfort, we will have circulating fans in the units to assist in added cooling. You may choose to lower the blinds to help keep the suns heat out once it comes around to the front of the building until sunset.
The Mahana has one of the nicest locations on Maui. Every unit is ocean front, about 50 feet from the waters edge with gorgeous views and waves rolling in almost underfoot. There is currently a Monk Seal that has been sunbathing directly in front of our building. Monk Seals are endangered so it is quite a treat for guests and the local population to view them in person. In addition, you might see a couple of turtles, mama and baby, that seem to nest or call The Mahana their home. Sunsets on the lanai are amazing, changing every day for great picture taking and an end to your day in paradise.

The unit serves four guests very comfortably. The kitchen is fully equipped including refrigerator with icemaker, stove, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, drip coffee maker, blender and all kitchen utensils. This ocean front property is great! Our unit was clean, comfortable, and perfect for the 2 of us. The view from this unit was outstanding, and we were perfectly happy just to hang out and watch the boats go by!

Very clean and nicely appointed unit - spices, coffee, and filters provided along with anything you would need in the kitchen. Beautiful view of course - watched 4 sea turtles daily and walked the beach. Food trucks, Times Market L&L Hawaiian BBQ, and fish market all right there - easy to take food back and eat on the deck with the best views :). Highly recommend this unit and the Mahana if you want the old Hawaii feel and away from all the Kaanapali beach craziness.

This was my husband’s first time to Hawaii & Maui. The location was beautiful. It was on the 8th floor and loved watching the sunset’s every evening. The condo had the comforts of home & was fully stocked with all necessary amenities needed. Also walking distance to shops & food trucks. Best thing of all was listening to the ocean waves while falling asleep. Incredibly peaceful!!
