Complete renovations in this terrace-level (no stairs!) villa were completed late 2013. Walls were taken down to bare studs and everything was replaced. The owners had one thing in mind - make it their home away from home. In that quest they hired the best contractor, designer, and insisted on top of the line everything. Overlooking the 11th fairway on the world famous Kapalua Bay Golf Course, this villa includes the best of everything with great views toward the neighbor islands of Lanai and Molokai. Furniture sourced from top manufacturers and the kitchen was built with the gourmet chef in mind. State of the art Thermador appliances, custom granite and cabinetry. 50" LED high definition TV"s and Bluray DVD players in living room and master bedroom. This floor plan has one of the largest partially covered lanai's at the Golf Villas. The indoor dining table is custom made from reclaimed wood. The lanai has cafe height table & swivel chairs for dining outdoors and plenty of room for sunning on the teak loungers or just taking in the magnificent views. Both bathrooms have granite counters, custom tiled walk-in waterfall showers, Kohler sinks and fixtures. Air conditioning is provided by an incredibly efficient and quiet SEER 17 system with separate controls in each room. Sliding glass doors access the lanai from living area and bedroom, both have custom Averte vertical shades with black-out lining. A dedicated covered parking space is yours, just steps away from entry doors. Free unlimited calling to the U.S. and Canada and free high speed wireless internet. 1100 sq ft Minimum 4 night rental. The bedding is a King bed and queen size sleeper sofa in the living room. There is a $260.00 cleaning fee. All reservations will be automatically charged a processing fee on total amount of rental. Daily maid service is an additional charge and is optional. 17.42% state taxes added to all rates. You may cancel outside of 30 days prior to arrival for a refund of your deposit minus a $100 cancellation fee.
The Golf Villa pools are open to Owners and Guests of The Golf Villas only, no off-site guests at this time until further notice....

The rental property was in great condition! My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our time here during our babymoon! Would highly recommend to future guests!

The condo is gorgeous with high end appliances and comfortable furnishings. Though, during our 6 day stay both my partner and I started to have very bad allergies. We looked around the master bedroom and found what we believe to be mold on the wooden curtains in the bedroom. I would attach photos of the mold but unfortunately this app doesn’t allow that at the time of generating this review. We contacted the rental management company to hopefully get a resolution.
The rental management company came out to the unit and despite having inspected the place for mold, they assured us that it wasn’t mold and that there is nothing they could do. This was frustrating because while we are not exports on identifying mold, neither is the rental management company. It felt obvious that they where not willing to help us.
At this point my girlfriend was having serious breathing problems after just spending a short time in the unit. We were very close to having to go to the urgent care due to breathing issues, but luckily we had an inhaler for bee allergies that we could use.
Even with this health scare the rental management company would not help us. They didn’t even offer to clean the locations that we believe showed apparent mold growth. My girlfriend and I had to end up sleeping on the couch in the living room the last two nights but still felt very unwell when we were inside of the unit.

The unit and the location was everything we wanted. Next to our favorite beaches. We wanted low key and quiet… it was exactly that! The unit was clean and well stocked. Two pools were steps to the unit and we’re never crowded. The view from the lanai was outstanding, more than what we expected.
We contacted the property manager by email once as I forgot to print my parking pass. It was close to 11 PM and they still responded within 30 minutes. Thank you again!
Unfortunately, we could only have the unit for 4 nights as we booked so late. We had to go to a hotel resort which was nothing like the experience at Kapalua golf Villas and specifically this unit.

We had an amazing stay! Wish we could of stayed longer. The listing is very accurate, even better in person actually. Very peaceful and clean. Will be staying here again!
