Property manager was excellent, had condo extremely well stocked from Starbucks coffee to a closet full of beach essentials, even Costco bags for that Costco run. Very enjoyable, thank you
Great location and well stocked with the basics. There were lots of great beach accessories. Location was close to the pool which was convenient but also was a little noisy at times. However it was very quiet after 10. Karen was quick to get back to us when we had questions and was very accommodating. We really enjoyed our stay.
Super clean, large condo, exceptionally well stocked with house hold supplies and beach/ snorkeling gear!! Beautifully decorated and close to the pool. Great communications with the owners. . We hope to return!
We loved staying at this beautifully decorated and meticulously maintained unit with comfortable beds and walking proximity to plenty of amazing dining and shopping. The pool and bbqs are steps away from the lanai making it easy for the kids to go for a quick dip in the pool. We also enjoyed walking to many of the delicious restaurants and farmer’s market in the area. The beds were incredibly comfortable, including the pullout! Loved our stay and would love to come back.

Our traveling party of 5 had an amazing time in this spacious condominium, conveniently located within walking distance of Wailea beaches and shops. The unit was spotless and the kitchen was incredibly well-stocked with basics, plus appreciated extras like Starbucks coffee. The layout provided plenty of privacy with the two separate bedroom suites located on opposite sides of the unit. Location immediately adjacent to the pool was a plus for us and unit still felt private and quiet.
Check-in was seamless and Karen was very responsive, responding quickly to questions. We appreciated the opportunity to stay in this beautiful home.
Every aspect of this rental was great. The proximity to the pool and the massive lanai was also wonderful. Having the laundry set up in a closet on the lanai was brilliant. Also being close to numerous amenities, and beaches was a big plus. If it was available for us next year, we would definitely go back. Christine was a great host.
The place felt like a true home away from home. Everything was there that you would need from daily essentials to beach toys were in the unit. If I stay in the wailea area again, I absolutely would consider staying at this condo again.

Large, very well equipped and clean condo. Nice pool which my son (age 7) loved and walk or short drive to multiple beaches, shops and restaurants. Lots of beach and pool equipment. Would stay at again if come back to Wailea

Our family of 5 really enjoyed our stay @ Grand Champions. The condo unit is well-maintained, organized, and stocked with everything you need to be comfortable. The kitchen has everything you need to cook meals, the bathrooms have an abundance of linens and toiletries, and the storage closets are stocked with beach toys, laundry supplies and more. The property itself is beautiful, and Karen's particular condo overlooks a garden and pool area. We loved having coffee early in the morning coffee on the lenai, enjoying quiet moments before the day began. We were able to walk to a shopping centre, and beaches were a close drive in both directions. Karen was super responsive before, during and after our stay; she knows alot about the area, which helped us plan all the activities we were hoping to attend during our stay. We will book with Karen again.

We found the postings helpful at times and humorous because there are so many. Loved our month line stay without a car because Wailea is perfect for just walking. Karen’s condo was great for our family of 6. You can tell she has pride of ownership and high standards for maintaining her condo. It was clean, well equipped (except we couldn’t find the first aid kit when my 3 year old fell at the pool but friends we made while there had one) There was no chance of running out of anything she had all paper products / soaps well stocked. Having the pool so close was perfect and my girls spent many hours swimming in the rain which we unfortunately had a lot of but it was so great to have the pool to keep them busy. It was really nice to have beach toys, towels, chairs and coolers to use for our beach days. The washer and dryer was used daily and was nice to keep on top of laundry. My only personal complaint was the requirement to wash / dry all the towels before we left. With 4 kids it was a bit hectic and we had to time an early morning final swim to have enough time to launder all the towels. Everyone with kids knows one trip to the pool is 6 pool towels and then 6 bath towels so even though there is adequate towels it’s 2 loads of laundry just in towels which takes some time. We took full advantage of the BBQ area and the condo grounds was well maintained. We really liked that you could walk to the shops. We wouldn’t hesitate to book Karen’s beautiful place again on our next trip Maui.
