Third floor location is easily accessed by elevator or stairs for a few quick steps to the beach, pool, tennis courts, barbecue or jacuzzi. Fully equipped kitchen and large 52 " LCD screen panel tv with sound bar brings all the comforts of home.
For the benefit of both our guests and property owners, Bello Realty, Inc. requires all guests to have damage protection to rent our properties. After completing your online reservation, you will be given the option to either purchase a $30 Vacation Rental Damage Protection plan or provide a $1500 refundable Security Deposit. Damage protection will be collected with final payment and Security Deposits will be refunded within 14 days of checkout....

This unit was perfect. It's the first building in the complex, so you have a great view of the beach. It has chairs, towels, cooler, washer/dryer, new fridge, full kitchen with pots/pans/utensils, and the place was super clean. It's steps away from some shops and is right across from the beach. In addition, it was very spacious for a one bedroom condo. The pull out couch is a little older, but was fine for my kids. The bedroom didn't have an AC unit, but the ceiling fan did the job. The management company, Bello Realty, was always very responsive when I had questions and they were extremely professional. Zero complaints here and I would not hesitate to rent this property again. If you are on the fence, don't be. You will not regret it!

This vacation spot was in a perfect location will lovely ocean views. Every detail was perfect for my stay--plenty of kitchen supplies for cooking and enjoying meals on the lanai with epic views. Comfortable space with clean and tidy amenities. Walking distance to the beach for perfect sunsets, relaxing on the beach, and snorkeling. Try the snowcones at Beach Street nearby:) I will certainly book again for my next Maui adventure! Mahalo
