Very spacious and well kept house with an awesome backyard experience with pool, spa, outdoor pavilion and patio. 5 minute drive to several beaches and only 10 minute drive to shops and restaurants in Wailea.
Maui Meadows Guesthouse is spectacular. The private pool and spa with waterfall are its own little paradise. The location is in a quiet neighborhood with quick access to beaches, restaurants and island activities. Andrew our host is helpful, quick to respond and meticulous. From the backyard porch swing for Grandpa to the toy drawer for our Grandson, this house provides comfort and relaxation for all. We hope you enjoy your stay as much as we have.
This was such a nice relaxing vacation. We travel with a group of 3 other couples. The beaches and town are only about a 2-minute drive down the hill. Very convenient location in Kehei. Some of us that wanted to go to town could do that and some of us that wanted to relax stayed by the pool. There was a gazebo that allows us to grill, play music or put on the TV outside. We had coffee by the pool every morning and ate out under the gazebo most nights in the back yard. The host lived close by and was very accommodating and personally showed us how to operate the pool, spa, tiki torches. This was well worth the money - we loved it!
Great location, clean, comfortable and well maintained. The owner was easy to work with and truly provided everything that you need for a great vacation.

This house had everything and more that we needed! We found everything in the kitchen so helpful. We used the washer and dryer everyday with the towels and clothes so we shouldn’t have packed so much!! We loved the chairs and the beach coolers! The pool and cabana area were a favorite for relaxing and card games. The yard was very private and seemed like our own oasis! The host was super friendly and very helpful! My favorite part of the house might have been the lime tree in the backyard! Mahalo! I hope to stay again at this spot!
We celebrated a 60th bday and 32nd Anniversary on this vacation. House was clean and well maintained. Pool and spa was delightful.
The host was wonderful to work with, and the instructions for check in and stay were very easy to follow. He had a nice guide book with a lot of suggestions for restaurants, beaches, etc., and the check out instructions were a breeze.
My favorite part about this house was the layout. So many rentals sleep a large number of people, but they get to this count by having a bunk room or one large room with multiple beds. This doesn't work for our family. The layout of this house was perfect. Every individual family of our multigenerational travel group got its own room and bathroom. We had plenty of room to spread out and get our space, but the communal areas were open and great for group meals and game nights.
The pool and patio area are also great. The location was good for us, and we loved the local beach recommended by the host. It was much easier for us to go with a baby than Wailea Beach nearby. We never had problems finding beach parking, either.
This vacation home had everything we needed and more! The home was much bigger than anticipated and had great updates throughout. Each room was stocked with extra blankets, fans, and A/C units. The kitchen has everything you need to dine in and cook out. Location was absolutely perfect. Right between smaller beach town Kihei, and nicer, more expensive area Wailea. Literally 10 minutes from everything.
In case you aren’t sold yet, the hot tub, pool, and cabana made even the days we stayed at the house all day relaxing and enjoyable. The owner keeps the garage stocked with EVERYTHING. Goggles, snorkels, towels, sunscreen, beach umbrellas, you name it! There were quite a few rules from the owner, but all were reasonable and shouldn’t be hard or unexpected to follow as a guest in someone’s beautiful home.
Would absolutely stay here again if we end up coming back to Maui.

4 siblings abd their spouses planned a 2 week getaway in Hawaii. One week split between Honolulu and Kauai, and the 2nd week at Andrew's VRBO in Maui. It was an excellent place to unwind and relax with plenty of space for all of this. Each couple had their own bedroom and bathroom, which provided for their own privacy.
The property is lovely and was great for the size of our group (8). Didn't feel crowded and the pool area with hot tub and pool and waterfall are wonderful. Loved the TV in the Cabana.
The area is great close to everything.
Not big complaint but wish we could walk to beach.
Wish he had bikes we could use instead of paying to rent.
The beach accessories were very well stocked with chairs, unbrella etc.
Only minor complaint is the owner's very strict policies which we understand are to protect his wonderful property but we have rented a lot and never had this experience of doing laundry (towels- beach and bath) and the clean up before we left. As an example, one policy, charge of $50.00 if chair is out of place. To us, that seemed a bit over the top. All of us were worried we were going to do something wrong and get charged. That took away from having a relaxing vacation. Everyone was a bit on edge. Again, had a great time and it's a great property.
This property was so nice. The outdoor space and pool was amazing. Andrew was awesome to work with. We would definitely stay here again. Thank you for making our first trip to Maui so memorable.
This was the perfect spot to use as our homebase for our week in Maui. In a quiet, residential neighborhood, but only minutes away from the action. House and pool were very clean, communication with the host was timely, easy, and friendly. We didn’t want to leave! Highly recommend for a group of friends or family looking for a little calmness.
