* This 2 bedroom/2 bathroom unit sleeps a MAXIMUM of 9 people (including children). There is an additional guest charge of $15/nightly for MORE THAN 5 guests in the unit. For example, 6 guests in the unit will pay an additional $15/nightly, 7 guests in the unit will pay an additional $30/nightly, 8 guests in the unit will pay an additional $45/nightly, etc...... This will be itemized/disclosed in the booking amount when you book. The reason for this additional fee is for additional linens, towels and additional housekeeping expense assessed by the housekeeper.
