This condo met our needs for a place where we could prepare our meals in addition to relaxing and sleeping. It was clean, I enjoyed using the large counter in the kitchen, and the room we slept in was quiet. We enjoyed meals at the table on the lanai - the only problem being a fair amount of traffic noise from the nearby road.
Condo was clean and large, bonus that it had two bathrooms. Was very close to the beach and a short drive to supermarkets/restaurants in the area. Would definitely stay here again

We had a wonderful 2-week vacation at the Kamaole Sands. We have stayed there before, usually in a unit facing into the main gardens. This time we were in one of the back units facing out towards a street. However, that did not matter at all. It was still a lovely place to stay. Everyone is so friendly. The unit was just fine! And, our host is definitely a super host. They were very accommodating and helpful every single time we interacted. So thanks for that! Just love Maui so much.
We enjoyed the condo which had a lot of room. We especially enjoyed sitting on the balcony in the morning having coffee overlooking the garden. Great air conditioning system.

We enjoyed our stay at the Kamoele Sands resort. This unit was as advertised, and had all the amenities. We enjoyed the Lanai. The instructions were great and kitchen was well stocked. The floors could use a good scrub, but likely due to the windows being open and the wind carrying dust in.
The resort was great… the pool and grounds well kept, BBQ areas maintained well, and staff friendly and ready to assist. Thanks for the hospitality and we’ll look to book again if our travels take us back to Maui.

We enjoyed ourselves and found most things ideal. One thing was the cleanliness of the floors and countertops could be improved
This was a large unit. A nice view of the mountains to the west, and a peak-a-boo view of the water. There was little bit of road noise, but that would not keep me from staying there again. It was nicely equipped with everything you need. There was even a washer and dryer in the unit. The second bathroom was a very nice feature. There were two 12 can ice chests, one if them had a broken handle so I bought another larger one for the next guest. With the fans on one in the bedroom the other in the living room, the AC was never turned on. The sliding glass door to the lanai was always open. Kam III is the beach across the street is a great beach. It's a nice place to watch the sunset. The 808 Deli and Fred's Mexican Restaurant are an easy walk. It's close enough to stumble home. A least that's what I was told. The only thing I wasn't really fond of was the hot tub temperature was set to 104 degrees. Way too hot.

My entire stay was fantastic. I really enjoyed the view form the lanai and the bed was amazingly comfortable. I cannot wait to stay here again.
We enjoyed our stay here and thought that it was a very good value especially as hotel rates are crazy here now. Right across the street from a great beach and close to most things. Central location. Nice pool and grounds. Staff was great. Kitchen great. Clean. Beach chairs and umbrellas. Patio set. Host easy to deal with.
The condo was ok. The bed was bad, uncomfortable and bouncy.

I like it was clean and safe , I don’t like I was looking for the entrance and map give the other side of the entrance not the main entrance try to call and no comunicación .
Condo fit our family of 4 (4 adults). It was simple and roomy. Access to the beach was easy.
