Air conditioner was broken for the entirety of our stay which the host emailed to tell me about the day before our arrival. When I emailed her to complain she offered nothing. Golf course was closed the entire time which no one told us. The condo was pretty run down and not super clean. Do not recommend, stay somewhere else.
Perfect location for our family (80 year old dad and 5 adult kids 40-50 yrs). We had travel plans to sight see in our rental car every day, so we didn't want to stay in packed city high rise. The property was as described, clean and stocked with things we thought we would need to buy, so that was nice. Cindy was very responsive and helpful. The area was quiet, nice pool, short walk to Lei Lei's restaurant.
We liked the place just to hot for us and people sleeping in loft.
Communication with host was very good. Would have given a higher rating, but property advertised as having air conditioning, but A/C was actually only available in 2 bedrooms. If I had known that I would have booked elsewhere because we needed the AC due to health issues.
Great that Cindy provided beach chairs and various water toys. Would definitely recommend the property to others.
We had a wonderful time at this property. Cindy is a great host-always quick to respond to any questions, and she left a detailed binder with lots of info. This property had everything we needed to cook, and beach chairs/towels-that was such a huge bonus. The lack of a gas grill was a disappointment, and the charcoal one at the pool wasn’t what we were looking for-but that was minor. The convenience to Turtle Bay and their amenities, and also beautiful N. Shore beaches was perfect. I would rate this a 4.5. The biggest negative for us was the small size of the loft and how hot it was-even on days that there was a beautiful breeze. Luckily there were fans, and if you weren’t sleeping 2 college aged girls that wanted space to open their suitcase then it wouldn’t be a big deal. Overall we were very happy and had a wonderful time at this property.

Great location on the north shore…close to beaches , the community pool and the Kahuku sugar mill! Clean property which fit our family of 6 perfectly! We also appreciated the additional beach chairs/toys/coolers. We had a minor issue with one of the bathroom showers; Cindy responded very quickly and had it fixed that day.
The location was perfect and it’s clear that the property owner put a lot of thought into anticipating every need. It was a great experience.

We had a wonderful time staying here. It was perfect for our family of 5. The a/c was a blessing at night and the day time breezes through the condo were pleasant and comfortable. We really enjoyed having a kitchen to prepare meals and it was well stocked. Location on the Northshore can't be beat. Our family would definitely stay here again.
We came to Hawaii to celebrate my sister’s 50th birthday (1 baby, 1 7 yr old and 5 adults). The condo was perfect! Cindy went to extra mile with extra details around the unit. It literally had everything we could need! It was just right for our group and the location could not have been better! Walk to the Ritz for coffee, walk to the beaches, walk to the pools, it was awesome!
Our family of 6 stayed here for a week on vacation. Unfortunately this same week the unit was having roofing repairs, that we weren’t aware of until we arrived. We had to be out of the unit each day to avoid the noise and workers. We also returned each night to debris all over the unit that had fallen from the ceiling during the day. We were forced to clean all surfaces, flooring and bedding on a daily basis before we could relax. We contacted the host and she agreed to waive the cleaning fee, but beyond that said it was out of her control and that we arrived each evening to late to have a cleaning person come. All this really impacted our vacation. No one wants to spend time deep cleaning on a daily basis while on vacation!
The property was clean. Easy access to Turtle Bay. Cynthia was very kind. This place had everything you could need for the North Shore. Thank you for providing us with such great accommodations.
The condo was well equipped. Lots of beach gear and a well stocked kitchen. Be aware that it is a good 10 minute walk to the beach but the grounds are beautiful. I would have given our stay a 5 rating had it not been for the roof construction going on the entire week. Cindy was very gracious and offred us a partial refund

Enjoyable stay. Condo was well stocked throughout. The location is great and owner Cindy is very nice to deal with.
3 school friends meet up after 25 years, just perfect. Fantastic walks around the estate leading to nesting Albatros and the Northern most point in one direction and an idylic beach in the other.. Great bus service but a car ia also needed. also

Loved our time at the property. Lovely unit, stocked kitchen, super responsive host, beautiful setting on the golf course.We really enjoyed the proximity of the restaurants at Turtle Bay and the many beaches we could walk to. The walking and running paths were superb for daily exercise. All the neighbors and guests we met were very friendly. The pool was super clean and warm and quiet. We didn’t get to use the tennis or pickle ball courts this trip. Look forward to coming back! Thanks to Cynthia for being such a great host. Much aloha.
Two thumbs up from my group! Location is great, away from the city life in Honolulu. Definitely a relaxed feel, island life, which we wanted for our vacation. Perfect as a base to go on day trips, or just relax by the pool or minutes walk to nearby beach. Amenities like kitchen, appliances, dishes, spices towels, extra toilet paper, shampoo, conditioner, smart TVs, wifi, beach chairs, boogie boards, snorkel gear, wagon coolers all provided! Bonus was the ice maker and discount at the grocery store! Lots of close by restaurant options, at the golf course is only a couple mins walk from the condo, or just a bit further walk away you could also dine at the resort. Food trucks are only 6 mins drive away! Very clean and comfortable. All the little things were covered to get our vacation started!Mahalo!
We had a fantastic time at the condo! It was the perfect location. I attended a conference at the nearby Ritz Turtle Bay, which was an easy and pleasant walk. The condo was so clean and had *everything* you could want for a beach vacation - all the beach equipment for kids and adults, snorkel gear, and so many nice touches. It was spotless and had super comfy beds. We loved the sea breeze keeping everything cool and never turned on the ac at all. The pack n play was much appreciated for our little one. We could have a meal in or check out the local food trucks, grocery store poke, and restaurants too. The pool was a 60 second walk away. Thank you Cindy! We will be back to stay if we are fortunate enough to be back on Oahu in the near future!!! Mahalo!
We have been to these properties once before and loved our stay. When we decided to come back we wanted something large enough to accommodate my husband and my and our 2 boys in their 20s - as well as my sister who stayed for a few days. The condo was very comfortable, very well appointed - super comfortable beds - it was all great!. Nice short walk to the hotel, golf, etc. We love this area of the north shore and will definitely come to this property again!

We had the best time staying in Turtle Bay!! This rental was so clean and had everything we needed both for time in the house and at the beach/pool!! Perfectly located near beautiful beaches and the site it’s located is beautiful and relaxing! Would love to come back again in the future!!

Condo was clean and nice. I personally would not rent it again because it stated it had AC when it only had AC in two bedrooms ( which 1 didn’t work). The rest of the house was very hot/ humid and hard to sleep and hard to relax in. Owners very nice.
We had an awesome time!! Stayed Sunday through Friday, couldn’t fit in enough time to get to do everything we wanted to but was great what all we did!! Very nice location for the north shore!! Will say lots of driving back and forth over an hour if want to do things on other sides of the island, but was a bad drive. Very scenic drives everywhere we went. Sad to have to leave and already want to start planning on a time to come back!!!! The water was great and loved the showers off and on through the day. Perfect weather to relax and vacation in. We are from north Texas about an hour from Dallas and was perfect time to come to Hawai’i!!!
As a whole, our stay was amazing. There were a lot of extras in addition to the essentials. The condo was gorgeous and the extended property was beautiful also. We really appreciated the air conditioning and fans throughout the condo. There was ample room for 6 adults. Beds were well appointed.
Proximity to everything on the north shore was fabulous.
About 1/2 way through our stay I noticed the water would t get hot and thought it was just a fluke. But by the next day we realized there was no hot water at all. Cindy was communicating with me but nothing really worked so we just dealt with it. Not a huge set back but mildly uncomfortable. I believe she got a repair person scheduled as soon as she could.
All in all, great place that I would definitely recommend.
