Our first visit to Kauai was amazing! We stayed in Dave's place which is a top floor condo. Our balcony view faced the sunset and was so beautiful day and night as we were able to see most of the resort grounds as well. It was very quiet and peaceful. The check in process and front desk help was top notch. The resort has restaurants along with golf carts to bring you down to a private beach. They have this deal where you can leave luggage and use their on site showers for late check outs. We were able to go to the little town nearby and rent surf boards for 20 dollars a day and learn to surf even though we had a 10 pm flight. We are excited to stay in Dave's place in the future. He was so clear on his check in instructions making our vacation as stress free as possible.

We loved our stay here. The view from the lanai was amazing! We woke up to rainbows above Hanalei almost every day. The shared beach at the end of the path was really nice. Had some really nice swimming and snorkeling areas and loved having the cabana type beds to lay on. And appreciated the golf cart rides back up after a long day . I misread and thought there was a washer/dryer but there’s not. That was my mistake. The hospitality room was nice to warm up anything we needed as microwaves aren’t allowed. The property is beautiful. Nothing fancy about the room but the bed was comfy and again the view was magical. Perfect resting place for us at the end of the day. Also nice big jacuzzi and pool on property! Watching the sunset from the fire pit or the beach was amazing!

Very enjoyable stay. The view from the bed and the lanai are as advertised and are the highlight of this unit. The swimming pools are nice though the weather was a little cool for swimming at this time of year. The grounds are well kept. Do note that this is a bit of an older unit. If your expectation is a Ritz Carlton, then you may be disappointed but that was not what I was looking for anyway. Many things to do on the island.

We absolutely loved this place! The view is spectacular, the location within the resort is convenient, the bed was super comfortable, and the resort was perfect. Only complaint is same as others, it’s a bummer there’s no microwave, but the commune kitchen was very close and the hot pot came in handy as well. The beach chairs and cooler came in handy.
We stayed for six nights, it would have been nice to have been given more than two small bars of soap and a tiny shampoo and conditioner - maybe double up on that for guests staying longer than a few nights. We went to the front desk and they gave us more for $1 which is just silly.
Would absolutely stay again!

We had a wonderful time in this beautiful place! The view from the apartment was just awesome! We will be back again! The only complaint was the bar/food place lucky.it was so expensive with hardly any food.only ate their once!

We had the best time staying here! It was a great location -near the pool, hot tub and bar/ restaurant area. The condo had everything you need for a beach day. Loved the view of Hanalei Bay from the porch and it was a great spot to watch the rain. Would definitely come back!

Amazing view on the third floor, a lot of amenities to use on resort, right next to happy talk lounge and pool. Very nice and Hawaiian feel. Bed was comfy. Walking distance from the beach. Check in and check out was super easy, would definitely stay here again. Thank you Dave!

Property owner is amazing communicator, very customer service oriented and great guy which made our stay extremely easy and enjoyable. Great location on North end of island. Bed was very comfortable and view was lovely. The only thing I was not aware of was no elevator and room is located on 3rd level. I may have missed that in property description and only noting for anyone who may have any type of disability issues.
