How many times have you needed a vacation from your vacation after all was said and done? You won't feel this way if you stay here. We spent half of our days on the island at the condo rather than dashing from place to place. You can pop right out your back door and jump in Honokeana Bay where you will snorkle with green turtles. Follow the easy foot trail around the corner and have a beautiful beach day on the sandy shores of Napili Bay. Or just jump in one of the two pools at the complex, neither of which were crowded. If you have a grill master in the family, you will find no other grill station in a more beautiful location than this one with a spectacular sunset view. It was so lovely in fact, my husband volunteered to grill dinner two nights of our stay rather than eating out. The only draw back is the north shore is a solid 45 minute drive and traffic at rush hour can be tricky getting to that side of the island. This is easily avoided, however, with just a little planning. The property management team was super responsive and so easy to work with. Check in was easy and the condo is clean and well outfitted. If we ever return to Maui, we will stay here again. The view from the upstairs/loft bedroom is so lovely, it's a great way to wake up each day.
My husband and I stayed here with our 20 month old. It was a great location. The views were amazing! The manager was great at communicating back when I had questions. Would recommend to stay here!
The property was perfect for my family. We watched the turtles from the balcony and were steps away from our favorite snorkling place. It is a quick and easy walk to Napili Bay where the boys enjoyed playing in the waves and of course, eating at the Gazebo.

This condo was perfect for four friends to share. It was well stocked (except for wine glasses) and we were grateful for added extras like boogie boards and snorkels! We could watch the turtles in the bay from our lanai. You can swim/snorkel right from the property (a rocky entrance, you have to take a bit of care, but it's doable and many do it). We were also incredibly grateful to Ryan for letting us stay until our flight left (a red eye back to Canada) on our last day. Beds were comfy. Be forewarned the unit gets hot in the afternoons as there are no blinds on the upper windows, or an awning. Also the upstairs bedroom is open to the kitchen/dining room below (this was fine for us, but just good info to have). The unit was very quiet, the pool was lovely ... you are walking distance to Napili Bay (five minutes tops along the shore) and Merriman's for happy hour! We would love to come back, but until relations improve between the US and Canada we will sadly be spending our travel budget elsewhere.

Overall loved the location of this property. Snorkeling with turtles just steps away. all amenities needed to cook and enjoy the outdoors. Property needs a deep clean, dated and worn.

This property was perfect for my Wife and me. It was exactly as advertised in VRBO. The property Manager was super efficient with all necessary info and made us feel welcome and comfortable immediately.

Ryan’s place was exactly as depicted. Beautiful views, and all the comforts we needed. Coffee on the balcony overlooking turtles in the cove was the perfect start to each day.
We had two extra requests for Ryan to make our stay perfect and he came through on both of them. We would certainly consider staying here again!
The best place on Maui, and the condo is very nicely appointed. It had more beach supplies than I realized, from chairs to boogie board. Some of the cabinets could use a paint touch up, and it would be nice to have a comfy chair or other comfortable seat in the living area along with the couch, but those are the only improvement suggestions we have. The property manager was responsive and friendly. I would definitely book it again!

This was the first time in Napili and it was amazing. Walking distance of two beaches and a snorkeling haven steps away. Also walking distance from two great breakfast spots (The Gazebo and Island Vibes Cafe). We couldn't have asked for anything better. Do be aware that the second floor bedroom does have limited privacy (can be seen and heard by the others in the house). This isn't a deal breaker but just something I wanted to mention for others.

Rent this place- you will NOT be disappointed! The condo has everything you need to enjoy yourselves. We had two couples and all four of us have nothing but great things to say about our stay. We spent a ton of time on the lanai watching the surfers, whales, waves and turtles. The scenery is breathtaking and so relaxing. The condo is close to great restaurants and walking trails. There is also a close neighborhood market if you wanted to cook in the large kitchen or grill outside. We would definitely stay here again.
The VIEW! Wow wow wow. 10 out of 10 no notes. The property and location were perfection and the condo is perfectly appointed. Couldn’t have asked for more. The louvered windows allowed us to sleep with ocean breezes and the sounds of the waves lulling us to sleep. Will absolutely return.
IMHO Napili Point is the best place to stay in Maui. Honokea cove has the best snorkeling and views. The condo is great. A custom renovated unit. Spacious and well maintained.

Wonderful getaway. Exactly as described !Right on the water and with views from the inside and on the lanai. Would highly recommend to anyone needing a little beach therapy.
It was a sad trip because when we arrived we had no electricity or water due to the fire which we understand. We had to be evacuated and would like to know when we will get our refund. Really didn't get to enjoy the place because it was dark and we had to go to bed early. Left as soon as we could get out of the area.
