This beautiful condo is located at the first class Royal Kahana Resort. The unit is perfectly situated to take in all of the beautiful views of the pool, ocean and Lanai.
Our 1 bedroom is just seconds away from the quiet beachfront community of Kahana. The Royal Kahana Resort is conveniently located between the fabulous resort areas of Kaahapali Beach and Kapalua Bay. The condo is about 10 minutes away from the fantastic town of Lahaina, which is known for the outstanding shopping, restaurants , and the Champions Golf Courses at Kapalua. Maui Brewing Company is within walking distance across the street.
This 1 bedroom unit has a full kitchen, washer, dryer, cable TV, VCR, CD Player. King bed and queen sofa sleeper, easily accommodating up to four guests. Central air and ceiling fan provide all the comfort you will need. This is paradise!
The Royal Kahana is full of amenities, including a large heated pool with sunning and lounging chairs, and a beachfront lawn area with direct ocean views. There are gas-fired barbecue grills at the pool area, and an activity area with a ping pong table and corn hole. There is also an on site exercise room. Free Wifi is included. If you are interested in taking any island excursions, the Activity Desk in the lobby is very helpful and can book all of your reservations for you.
(The only additional fee is a $18/night parking fee that is payable to the resort upon arrival.)
This is our most favorite vacation destination in the world. Nothing compares to Maui and the spirit of Aloha! Once you experience it, you'll know what we mean.

Loved our stay. It was only a short drive to the more tourist/shopping areas and amazing view. Everyone was nice that worked at the resort and we enjoyed our stay. Definitely recommend staying here if you don’t want to be around too many people during your stay.

This property and location is perfect. The unit is laid out well and comfortable. The patio and pool are spacious and always had plenty of room to relax or grill. The unit and facility is quiet, clean and fresh. Staff at the building were kind and helpful. The beach accessories were very handy and we were pleasantly surprised to find a washer/ dryer in the unit. We highly enjoyed our stay and plan to return!

The rooms were very clean and bright, with comfortable beds and an amazing view. We saw whales from the lanai on every day of our stay, including the first 1/2 hour after arrival. What a welcome! The unit had adequate kitchen and beach supplies, and the front desk attendants were very informative and helpful. We were very pleased with our accommodation.

We stayed at the Royal Kahana for 10 beautiful days! The views from the lanai and bedroom were amazing! The property was very well maintained and the staff and concierge were very friendly. The owners were great to work with also! There was plenty of room for the four of us and the condo even had some beach gear to use. You’re minutes away from the #1 beach in the USA and #10 in the world! Mahalo again for an awesome time! Aloha!

Everything was perfect. The bed was very comfortable and the location was great as well. My husband and I had a fantastic vacation. Not to mention the views from the balcony were beautiful. We can’t wait to go back!

It was a great stay. Location was great for almost everything. The pool area and front lawn provided ample space to relax and view the ocean. The beach is right there, and you can walk along it for quite some distance. The view and sunsets from the lanai was incredible. The condo extremely spacious, and has everything you need, as well!

Very nice property, the view of the ocean and pool from the lanai is outstanding. It’s a very short walk to a swimable beach (2 minutes). The property is very well maintained and there is complimentary coffee in the morning as well as a concierge.
The condo is very well equipped with beach accessories lots of towels plus a washer and dryer.
The only thing the kitchen could use is a cutting board. Everything else you need is there. We would recommend and stay again.
