Wonderful experience! Lovely condo, well equipped. Enjoyed our stay very much.
We loved staying here! The resort was quiet, clean and very family friendly. It was a good location and easy to travel to both north and south shores and close to restaurants/shopping in town. The pool was a hit with our kids (9 and 11) and they loved the water slides! It didn’t feel overcrowded and was always easy to get chairs at the pool. The room was clean, beds comfy and parking was easy! Very happy with our stay and ready to go back!

Family really enjoyed our stay. My boys loved the pool and the slide. The condo was well equipped with chairs, a cooler, sand toys and a boogie board. Beds were very comfortable. If we had to complain about anything it would have been that the beach is rocky so not good for boogie boarding. The stove in the condo is electric so takes a little longer to cook everything. Other than that our trip was great and we would return!
The Waipouli Beach Resort is on the ocean. It is a large property conveniently located directly across the street from a strip mall anchored by Safeway and multiple other businesses including Starbucks and an ABC Store. There is parking on site. There are elevators in every other building. The pool area is large with a variety of play areas making it enjoyable for children of all ages.This unit, B204, provided a relaxing "home base" for two couples enjoying a seven day golf vacation on the island of Kauai. It is spacious and well equipped. The kitchen large and well laid out. There is a full size washer & dryer in the unit too.My main complaint would be that there were not enough towels provided one hand towel per bathroom sink is standard and would have been appreciated.
Condo is beautiful. Decorated very nicely. Comfortable. Nice view of pool and partial view of ocean. Kitchen large and well equipped. Bathrooms very nice and showers great. Actually has 2 1/2 bathrooms. Unit located on second floor but very convenient to elevator. Pool very nice and several hot tubs. Beach not exactly good for swimming but nice place to sit and enjoy ocean views. Great beach just down the road at Lyngate Beach Park. Coconut Market Place has great free hula and Hawaiian music shows. Nice shopping and food options. We drove all over the island for shopping, beaches, restaurants, sights. Princeville was not worth the trip. Poipu was wonderful. We never were able to get the property manager on the phone (no office phone number provided) or in the office, so never found the trash room. We never did find the towel kiosk for the pool. We happened to have rainy cloudy weather during our stay but it was only around the condo and Kapaa. So we just drove to sunny locations. I highly recommend this condo and the resort, especially for family with children, who will love the pool.
We have stayed at this property twice. Once with our kids, and once on an adult trip. Both times and trips were awesome. Super convenient property with restaurant on-site and Safeway across the street. Great pool for adults and kids, and the beach is steps away. Would highly recommend this property!
Clean and comfortable, great location can’t swim at beach, but there are plenty of beautiful beaches around that you need to drive to. I would definitely stay here again.
Fabulous stay with friends.
The location was perfect for exploring the island and the condo had plenty of room for our family of four. The beds were extra comfortable and the kitchen was well-equipped. Our kids loved the slides in the pool and there was always plentiful parking (even with the resort at full capacity). We felt so fortunate that we were able to stay here to celebrate Christmas!
Great two bedroom condo and an excellent location. Communication was easy and we had a great time.

Lovely, spacious condo in a beautiful resort community. Condo was spotlessly clean, nicely decorated, with comfortable beds. Pool and peekaboo ocean view from the lanai was beautiful, especially during the evening with the tiki torches lit. Would definitely stay here again.
We loved the location and the property. Great pool with slides. Nice kitchen with everything we needed to make breakfast and lunch. We explored the whole island so bring central was great. There were lots of good restaurants nearby. Place was clean. Enjoyed lunch on the balcony. Perfect for our group.
The property was exactly as described. Loved the location being in the middle of both ends of the island and safeway across the street. They had beach chairs and some snorkel equipment in the closet which i didnt expect. Nice surprise on their part.
Any and all questions were answered quickly. Pool was very nice and all the grounds were kept very clean.
We are looking forward to coming back and spending another week at this condo next year.
My family and I loved our stay at this location. Room was clean and had everything we needed. The kids loved the pools and the location was central to everything on the island.
We loved our stay at this property. The condo was just as pictured. Kitchen was well-appointed. Tons of beach toys and gear, including snorkel equipment. The location was also fantastic - we loved Kapaa - good shopping and nice restaurants nearby. The beach is a little rocky but honestly there are pockets where our kids could get in and swim, so it wasn't a problem. There were also loads of other beaches a 5 minute drive away. The pool is beautiful - also a kid heaven. Waterslides, waterfalls, a little cave they can play in. And having a grocery store across the street with little kids was fantastic!
There was not any shampoo or conditioner so bring your own!
This condo was amazing! It was centrally located to the pool and beach! It was well appointed and roomy! The closet of beach toys, snorkeling gear, umbrellas, and chairs was very nice! The kitchen has all of the things one might need. I loved that each bedroom plus the living room had a balcony! We would definitely stay here again!
We enjoyed our stay. the condo had everything we needed. Location is great middle point between the north and south. It’s near many restaurants, food trucks, and grocery stores. our kids loved the pool. Perfect option for families. washer and dryer was also great for family. I loved everything I don’t have any complaints
Great location, loved the pool and hot tub
We really liked our stay at B204. It had a good view and great location to the pool and hot tub. We did have a problem with the air conditioner for three days and the property manager would not answer her telephone or return calls, which is unacceptable. I called the owner, Tony, on the third day, and he was able to get someone to fix the air conditioner within one hour. I would rent this place again, because the owner was so attentive and helpful (plus we really enjoyed the unit).
The unit was exactly as described and very clean. It was spacious and had all the amenities we needed. The resort was very clean as well, and the grounds and pools were well maintained. Ideal location for exploring all of the island, very centrally located for day trips/excursions, and within walking distance to groceries, great restaurants, food trucks and downtown shops. Owners were welcoming and communicative - very highly recommended. Will stay again!!

We have 40+ years of experience as time share owners, VRBO renters and Vacation Club members. We recognize quality accommodations and service and have high expectations.
We were immediately impressed with the spaciousness of the unit. The roomy kitchen with a huge refrigerator, large bedrooms and amazing bathrooms. Nicely furnished and well maintained. The beds were comfortable and everything worked.
The resort is 20 minutes from the airport adjacent to the north-south highway in Kauai. It is set back and there in no road noise. Its location is in walking distance to groceries, stores, pharmacy, and restaurants. The resort is well maintained as evident by the daily work of the landscaping and pool crews. There is a small but well-equipped exercise room. There are gas grills by the pool. Also, a bar/grill on site, beach side.
While the resort is suitable for all age groups, it is great for families with children. Besides having ocean beach access, the resort water park has two wading pools – one with a sand bottom. Another pool has water slides and a river walk. There are three hot tubs; one for family/children, two for adults. More than enough activities to tire out the kids.
We would rent from them again.
We absolutely loved this place. Everything was wonderful. There was lots of room for five of us. We loved the location. We will definitely come back again.
