After issues with our flight, it was a pleasure to walk into this quiet, clean, calming condo for our stay! It was equipped with all you need for a fun Hawaiian vacation! Communication was excellent! The air conditioning was a gift & the ceiling fans in the bedroom helped keep you cool while sleeping. The rainfall shower was lovely and the room was well stocked with plenty of towels. We didn’t cook anything (too lazy) but the kitchen looked equipped with everything you need to cook a meal. We didn’t have a chance to use the pool but it looked inviting! The area was quiet and the nearby beach was also quiet too! Great for getting away from the crowds! Thank you Fara for the opportunity to stay at your fabulous place! Mahalo!

The location was great, the unit very comfortable and clean. The best part was our host Fara. She was responsive to all our needs, just an exceptional host. The only concern we had was turning onto S Kihei Rd as there was no visibility to see on coming traffic.

Fara’s condo was the perfect location for our Maui beach getaway. It’s on the quieter end of Kihei, across from the beach, and only a few minutes away from restaurants, shopping, and exploring other parks and beaches. The condo itself was nicely furnished, very clean and well stocked. I loved starting my day with an early morning beach walk to Sugar Beach Bake Shop for great coffee and baked goods, especially the malasadas!
We had a great time at Fara's place! It was clean, close to the beach, and Fara was quick to respond if we had a question. Would recommend!
Lovely stay for almost two weeks. Sufficient essential supply (eg toilet paper, paper towels, shampoo, conditioners, towels) that last through our entire stay without worrying having to make a resupply run. And confirm all the good things in other reviews! Will definitely stay here again.
This little condo was perfect for us. Great location near beaches. Clean, comfortable with everything we needed. Our host Fara was accommodating and quick with replies. We appreciated the extras, like coffee, beach chairs, laundry soap, etc. Thanks!
Nice property very clean close distance to the beach
The space was a great headquarters for Maui. I was mainly out and about all over the island with my main destination being Wailea. Wailea is crazy expensive so this was a great spot to be able to easily pop back and forth!
We had a wonderful week at Wailana Kai and this condo had all we needed to feel at home. It is very comfortable with a nice bed and space to relax in the living room. We enjoyed coffee and cocktails on the lanai and walked across to Sugar Beach for sunsets. The street and condo are quiet and away from the busy resorts. We appreciated the beach chairs, umbrella, and cooler and used them daily on our adventures. Fara was very accommodating and a wonderful host. We would definitely stay here again when visiting Maui.

This property was perfect for our stay in Maui. It’s a great location with plenty of local restaurants and coffee shops close by. The beach across the street is perfect for a sunset stroll. It was very clean and comfortable, and we also appreciated that there was a laundry facility in the complex. We hope to stay again someday!
Far as one bedroom condo was very well appointed, nice furniture, excellent bed! Close to the beach and restaurants etc. had a wonderful time!!
We had a great visit. The condo was clean and well maintained. The location was great - it was a 2-3 minute walk from the condo to the beach every evening to watch the sunset. Fara was a great host. We found out about the flooding and road in closures due to the storm shortly before we were due to fly out. We were worried how this would impact us. Fara not only reassured us, but drove to the condo taking pictures on the way so we could see what to expect from the road, and see that we could access the property without issues. It was very comforting, and we really appreciated that she went the extra mile to do that for us.
The condo was a home away from home.If there was a problem, it was fixed immediately.The beach was a short one minute walk from the front.Very centralized.I would highly recrecommend this unit to anyone who asks.Our thanks to Fara and JD for going above and beyond to make our stay,very comfortable and welcoming.
Fara's place was beautiful and perfect location. Everything was clean and labeled which took so much guesswork and stress out of the whole stay. Her place is beautiful and quiet and literally seconds from the beach. We would srat gere again in a heart beat

This is a wonderful, quaint beach condo, with a terrific host! It's just a short 1 minute walk to a beautiful beach where you can see turtles and other marine life. Also, if you aren't up for the beach, there is a very nice swimming pool right on site. The condo itself was very clean and comfortable!
We weren’t there a whole heck of a lot but when we were, it was a great place to unwind!
