It was a great place with great views. However, if you’re two couples traveling together one couple is going to get the room without the great view and traffic from the street. With no AC you have to leave the windows open at night. Bring your earplugs and negotiate paying a little less with you co-travelers for the lessor room.
Great views of the beach and ocean. Our condo had all the essentials we needed for our stay. We had one issue on check I. But the owner got right on it and took great care of us. As for the complex it was beautiful and great location. We did not eat at the restaurant because the entire menu was Indian food, no choices for other types of food. Otherwise it was a great stay.

We loved our stay! The unit is right on the beach with a perfect view from the third floor. It was clean, well-kept, and stocked with thoughtful supplies that made it feel more like home. We really appreciated the little touches that made our stay extra comfortable. Would definitely stay again!
My family checked in on May 1st, I booked them until May 11. On their first night, they suffered they thought from bugs bites and there were red, swollen and very itchy marks all over their bodies, their backs, arms , legs and upper legs and the place was ver uncomfortably hot. I communicated this to the property agent and we tried to sanitized and disinfect the place. I bought a portable AC and couch cover. I requested a place to transfer from the agent and she said that they have any available place. So I told her that my family will try one more night and if it’s the same we wanted to cancel and get a refund. The following day, it gotten worse because everybody have more red, swollen and itchy marks. The agent sent somebody to check for the bugs, which can be seen by the naked eyes and the person did not see any. But I think it’s more on bed, couch and dust mites. They can’t be seen by the naked eye. My family was able to talk to the owner and she was so rude talking to them. According to feedbacks, there were a lot of the same complaints about this place before and the owner still did not fixed it. I just stayed there for the cleaning and installing the portable AC and I got red itchy marks on both of my arms. I checked out my family on the second day. I’m disputing the payment for this property for the remaining 8 days of my booking, please, please help me get a refund.
I love being right on the beach. I love being able to watch the sunset from my balcony. Very enjoyable setting.
I have previously stayed in this condo and enjoy it every time! The view is stunning, and the sounds of the ocean at night are incredibly relaxing. We communicated with the property management before and during our stay, and they were very responsive and accommodating. Would highly recommend it!

The view is the main selling point of this condo. We were able to do lots of whale watching from the patio. Everything else about it was lackluster. We had issues with cleanliness upon checking in but the property manager was very responsive and that was appreciated.
Enjoyed it immensely. The only negative that I would like to point out is the floors could've used a thorough mopping. Black feet after 5 minutes of walking on it.
Beautiful view of the ocean and fish pond. We saw lots of whales and turtles. The downside was the major storm that dropped heavy rain and caused flooding and mud slides all around us, which made travel from the room difficult. Other than that, it was a fantastic stay. Property manager was on top of things and check in was a breeze.
This location worked for our needs. We were only on Maui for the 3 day Maui Invitational and did not really sight see. The only complaint is that the parking stalls were too small for our Ford Expedition. The unit had a nice view of the ocean and pool area.
Menehune Shores is an all-in-one inclusive destination. Awesome condos with ocean views, immaculate grounds, beach access, pool, restaurant/bar and plenty of parking. I honestly think it’s the best destination in Maui. We have been several times now. Some condos are more updated than others so be mindful when you select your unit. The fall is a great time to go because it’s not hot— it’s just right. And the crowds are somewhere else. Can’t wait to go again. Aloha!

Cute 2 bedroom condo with a perfect view. We were able to see local canoes leave the shore every morning and take amazing walks on the beach. This condo is centrally located and has amazing food locations near by. Would definitely book again.
My family of 5 had a wonderful time in Maui and this property was perfect for us. Spacious, clean, incredible views, and all the comforts of home. The Maui winds are crazy!! But they act as a perfect climate control with the windows open. The pool was great and not too crowded at all. And the beach was right next door. If you wake up early you can see the turtles at the beach! Great location. Many options for dining, shopping, and activities about 1-2 miles down the road. Katie is very responsive and a pleasure to deal with. Highly recommend.
Your property was perfect for what we needed. Excellent location, close to shopping, and beautiful beaches outside the door and all along the coast within minutes. This had plenty of space and a loaded kitchen that met all our cooking needs. Loved the view and ocean breeze that swept through the whole apartment. I loved this place and made our first visit to Maui a very memorable one. Thank you!
Incredible views and location! First of all, it’s Maui which is 5-star and then you have stunning views, calm water in the ocean “pond” or bigger waves outside. Great condo!
This property is perfectly located. The views off of the lanai are absolutely beautiful. Access to the building and parking were very easy. I would have liked to have had access to a mop or a swiffer to clean up the sand that was inadvertently brought in, but there was a broom, so I made that work. We did have to purchase garbage bags and dish soap, but felt that was not a big deal in the grand scheme of things. There was plenty of silverware and glassware that we mostly used the dishwasher which soap was supplied for. We slept in the king size bed which was so very comfortable with the beautiful breeze coming through the windows! The owner was absolutely a blessing to deal with! I would definitely stay there again!! If you have children, I really feel that this is a perfect property with the shallow rocked area. There is also a turtle resting area just a little bit down the beach which was so awesome to see! Thank you so much for sharing your beautiful condo with us.
the room was not ready when we arrived and after contacting the property manager it took another 2,5 hours to have the room available to us
