This is our second time staying in this unit that was managed by quam properties.It is the best location in all of Papakea and provides enough space for a family of four.The management team was helpful and responsive when we needed them.We will always come back to this unit!
One of the best equipped rentals we’ve ever stayed in, there was literally nothing we thought of that we didn’t have. Ground floor was great too- easy access to the pool and all the other resort amenities. There’s no beach at Papakea is the only downside, but there are loungers at the sea wall to watch the ocean. Would absolutely stay again
This is a ground-level unit, which was great for our family. The kids liked to step outside to go to the pool or the putting green just outside and they could do that easily. It was clean and spacious. We've stayed in this unit before and would definitely come a third time if it works out!
This is a great condo in a wonderful, family friendly and laid back complex. This condo is ground floor in the third building back from the ocean and looks out onto the pretty Koi ponds and pool. The condo is well maintained with newer appliances and the kitchen has everything you might need to cook and BBQ. There is also a cooler, tons of beach towels and four beach chairs and sporting goods and various fins/snorkels/etc left from previous folks.the beds and showers are good and the mini-split AC in the living room works well to cool down the living room and master bedroom at night when you have to close the lanai door (since it's a ground floor unit you can't really leave doors open). The back bedroom can get a bit warm (we stayed in winter when it's still cool at night) especially if you close the door. we had four adults (all family) staying and we did not feel crowded - lots of space for all, especially since you can just hang out outside or walk down to the waterfront if you need space, lol!The complex has lots to do if you want a "stay at home" day - shuffleboard, putting green, pickleball courts, etc. Being super close to the ABC store and the food trucks made life easy. There's coffee places within an easy walk and a great cinnamon roll place as well. And it's an easy drive to good beaches and snorkeling areas.We have stayed at this resort many times and this is one of the nicest condos we have stayed in there. Can't wait to come back to Maui soon! Mahalo
We loved the ground floor and easy access to outside. The space was nice for four people with rooms on either end. Really appreciated the chairs, cooler, and well stocked kitchen. Would stay again!
This 2-bedroom condo was perfect for our family with two pre-schoolers. We were at ground level, so we could quickly step out onto the Papa Kea grounds and play with the kids. The pool and grills are close by. The resort also includes tennis courts, pickle ball courts and a little putting green area. It was so relaxing. Our condo had a large master bedroom, a nicely stocked kitchen and a living area with plenty of room.
Beautiful property that had everything we needed. Great walking distance to stores, food trucks, restaurants.

We have been coming to this property for almost 40 years. This unit is very well maintained. The furniture and amenities are all up to date. We look forward to staying in this unit again.
Very family friendly. Kitchen was spotless, beds were comfortable, AC worked great, but the pool and hot tub were the best part! Nice and warm, nicely lit at night, easy fun. Another small but still helpful amenity was having the private washer/dryer in the condo. It made packing light and carry-on luggage possible. Thanks!

The unit was exactly as pictured except the second bedroom and master bathroom were a tad small. Master bedroom otherwise was spectacular and the shower water pressure was awesome. Kitchen had everything we needed. Loved being able to run to the pool and BBQ at will and no afternoon sun on the lunia was great. Four adults were very comfortable and oh so happy.

We had a great stay at this condo. The unit is very comfortable and has a nice patio and good view of the koi pond/garden. It was nice to be on the ground floor so our kids could just go in and out to the courtyard or pool. Comfortable beds and furniture, and a functional kitchen. The complex is awesome, with two great pools, a beautiful location right on the water, walking access to an excellent sandy beach (south), and central to good beaches for snorkeling/swimming. There is a grocery store and several shops and restaurants within walking distance. We would highly recommend this VRBO and would definitely stay here again!

I've been to a number of Papakea condos and this is one of the best. Clean, updated, good number of beds, and loaded with all of the kitchenware and beach things you might need.
We got there after a long fight and we were happy to be staying in such a nice place. Lots of room to spread out and loved the ground floor for the kids to walk out onto the putting green and fountains in the central garden area. We would stay here again!

We loved our stay here. The condo was well equipped, clean and the location was wonderful. There were beach towels and chairs for us to use, and the sunrises from our patio were amazing. Thank you so much.

We loved this condo. Super clean, was central to what we wanted to do the west side. One of the few places with a hot tub for relaxing. Staff was nice and everything was explained well. They even had a selection of spices for cooking.
