Was it amazing place to stay! Our first unit had AC problems but they happily moved us to a different one when we couldn't get it fixed
This condo was very nice. We especially loved the view. The kitchen had essential to prepare a meal. We appreciated the beach chairs.
This condo is in a very clean gated community just steps from several great beaches. The layout is better than an average condo and the lanai had a perfect view of the ocean. The bed and pull out couch were very clean and comfortable. Mahalo!

The VRBO is in a very nice community/area, but I wouldn’t stay there again for several reasons. There is no food in the area without months in advance reservations. The beach is walkable, but it is debris covered so we didn’t use it. The area is very windy and often cloudy. The unit could use a little love - some paint chips, washer/dryer are loud and slow, bedroom could use blackout drapes, and bed is on the hard side, but overall the unit is nice and it was clean which is the most important. We had plenty of starter supplies and bathroom towels. The beach supplies need to be replaced - boggie board was falling apart, snorkeling gear was broke and pieces missing so we never used them. The unit was difficult to find when arriving in the dark and rain and parking in front of the unit was limited. Overall the stay was nice, but I like to stay closer to amenities.

Ok now that I'm back I cold Wisconsin I'm missing our villa even more. This spot was exactly as described and photos are on point. Check in could not have gone any smoother everything you need to know from finding the unit to all the codes needed for our stay was provided by email about a week prior to us getting there. we only made our breakfast there, and enjoyed it on the lanai every morning but the kitchen is fully stocked should u wish to cook all your meals in the unit... and yes we did see whales while having breakfast almost daily. Beach chairs and a beach umbrella was also provided along with beach toys and floats for kids. The place was very clean upon check in and the bed was very comfortable. I did notice the sofa also has a pull out mattress.... listen I can be very picky "well my wife more that i" lol but anyway very very happy with our stay and would stay again ❤️

We loved staying at the Bay Villas. It’s a short walk to Kapalua and Oneloa beaches, and the nearby pools have amazing views. The villa was very spacious for 2, and has a great view of the ocean (not the beach) from the living room. The entire area is amazing, we would highly recommend staying here if you’re visiting Kapalua

After two years of not being able to visit the island we came back to our favorite spot to spend our anniversary and enjoyed a relaxing and enjoyable week.
This property was perfect for us. The property is secure and just as described in the online info. It is a little ways from grocery, but the quiet and island feel is worth the extra driving. Would highly recommend.
Dissatisfied with responses to the fact that the freezer never worked during our stay. We could not make ice or store anything frozen.
We should have had the rental fee adjusted for that inconvenience.

This property is exactly as the pictures look. Clean, wonderful shower/bathroom, comfortable bed, pillows & towels. Nice big screen TV but even better is the view of the ocean. The furnishings are a little dated but comfortable. Nice supply of beach chairs, snorkeling gear, cooler & sand toys. Shaded patio that overlooks the beautifully kept landscape of the Kapalua Villas. A walk down through the complex in front of the pool is a series of stairs to get you to Onolea Beach. If you follow the trail north you’ll reach Kapalua & Napili beaches. We love to walk so this was perfect investigating. Not a far drive to Lahaina so we could try out restaurants & shopping. Just a great location. Easy communication with management team for this property.
We loved our stay at this Bay Villa property! It is a great property with beautiful views and a perfect location in Kapalua. 5-10 minute walk to two spectacular beaches (Kapalua and Napili) and easy access to the rest of the Kapalua resort. The unit has everything you need from the kitchen to laundry. And the best shower ever…we are already missing it. It’s only designed for two people (one bed/one bath) but a perfect couples’ retreat. We would stay here again in a heartbeat.

I truly enjoyed my stay. Property is within a 5 minutes walk to the beach. The community is well maintained. I went for a walk every morning. It’s not crowded like other areas in Maui. The villa had everything I needed and it was clean, specially the floors. The management company does a great job maintaining the unit and with customer service. The entire experience was wonderful. Can’t wait to come back
We enjoyed staying in this unit and will consider it again for our next visit to the island.
The overall value and beauty of the property is second to none. We loved the location which has an outstanding ocean view.
