From your lanai and grounds, there’s much to see out in the bay: harbor boats, racing outriggers, kayaks, paddlers, and Humpback Whales in winter; they are spectacular with their blowing and their breaching, their slapping and their graceful gliding! It’s also fun to watch the surfers at Haycraft Beach Park next door. By the way, that’s where you can access the 2.5 mile stretch of sand known as Sugar Beach, it extends all the way down to North Kihei and is serenely uncrowded with uninterrupted views.
