Come and enjoy the Big Island from our beautiful, clean, ocean view unit. It is a very well maintained, 5th floor, spacious corner unit with a huge lanai. Our one bedroom, two bath unit is a very roomy 829 sq. ft. with an additional 269 sq. ft. of living on the wrap around lanai where you can sit and enjoy the lush tropical landscaping and ocean views. We are continuously updating and adding new touches to our condo; one improvement being full remodels of the kitchen and bathrooms. Recently, we also added some new furniture, artwork, and lanai ceiling fans. There is a washer/dryer in the unit for your use, an air conditioner, and an elevator close by.
The Kona Pacific complex is a very quiet concrete building with well maintained grounds that include a pool with adjacent BBQ area complete with picnic tables, cabana, loungers, and mini kitchen. We also have an assigned covered parking spot for your small-midsize car, but the great thing about Kona Pacific is that it is very conveniently located within easy walking distance to ocean front restaurants, several beaches, and shopping in Kailua-Kona. We arrived to see signs that the swimming pool was closed and renovations were being carried out, which was slightly disappointing, as close by beaches were not really suitable to swim in or sit on. Car park space is very compact.
Otherwise great location especially for the Kona Ironman event which we came for.

This was a great rental! Very close to downtown so you can easily walk everywhere yet quiet in and around the unit itself. We loved the lanai specifically. You have a great view and we enjoyed reading and drinking our coffee out there every morning. Would definitely stay again :)

This condo is well kept, clean, and has a gorgeous view of the ocean. The trees next to the balcony gave us great birding opportunities! The Rosy Cheeked Lovebirds were beautiful! The condo is away from the crowds and yet close enough to walk to restaurants, stores and ocean.

Gina’s Kona Pacific condo was a lovely home base for our trip to the Big Island. It was very clean and I particularly appreciated that the sheets and towels were not heavily scented. We enjoyed having beach chairs, towels and an umbrella to use on beach outings. The lanai is fantastic. The lounge chairs and ocean view do not disappoint. The kitchen had everything we needed and we enjoyed breakfasts of fresh papaya and mango on the lanai. We would definitely stay here again.

What a fabulous condo with amazing lanai views of the ocean and the beautiful property of Kona Pacific. My husband and I enjoyed our morning walks along the ocean front and the easy access to all the shops and restaurants. Snorkeling was awesome at Kahulu Beach Park, found all Nemo’s relatives there!
