Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: It was our 50th wedding anniversary our family and grand kids joined us. Was a great time108 was great for all of us to gather and eat. Kitchen frying pans are aging a bit but we got stuff done. The kitchen countertop grout could use a good scrubbing. Some of the bathroom corners had cob webs. We ran out of toilet paper. We plan to return

Location was perfect for our family! We enjoyed morning beach walks each day, and the pool was a hit. It was close to shops + restaurants so we didn’t have to go far and just a small drive from the airport was amazing! Check in was super simple + we had a chance to visit with of the other residents and they were so friendly! The rental had lots of beach gear, and lots of sleeping space! We would gladly return or recommend to anyone.

The Air Conditioning was a concern going in. Management explained there was an A/C unit and fans. It was absolutely enough. We chose this place for our family of 3 kids and 2 adults and it was exactly what we needed and wanted. Nothing spectacular but we were expecting sufficient, and it far exceeded that. Plenty of plates and glasses for 2 meals. Cooler, ice packs and towels for beach trips. Excellent pans and baking dishes. Oil, basic condiments, and lots of ice for drinks.
