This direct Ocean Front 2 bedroom Kapalua Bay Villa is very nicely upgraded. Just steps away from 2 world class beaches, tennis courts and pool. Central air conditioning, free high speed wireless internet and unlimited long distance calling to U.S. and Canada. Bedding is 1 Cal King, 2 Twins or 1 King in 2nd suite. 1450 sq ft Minimum 4 night stay. There is a $325.00 cleaning fee. All reservations will be automatically charged a processing fee on total amount of rental. Daily maid service is an additional charge and is optional. 17.42% State Taxes added to all rates. You may cancel outside of 30 days prior to your arrival for a refund of your deposit minus $100 cancellation fee....

Terrific location for Maui visitors looking for a more low key, private experience. Beautiful views just outside and access to trails and beaches in just steps. Perfect location for our family.

Views are awesome. Whales everyday. Sound of the waves were non stop. Beaches on both sides were just walking distances. Pools have grills/kitchen with showers and restrooms. We had a great outdoor cook night all to ourselves. House was fully stocked with all of my groceries that I asked for which was a blessing after the long flight. Local store near by has everything we needed throughout the week. A/C worked well. Just a great place. For a great price. Definitely a gem in paradise

Rarely do we say, we’d stay here again but with this place we absolutely would. Walking to the beach early every morning to take a swim was a dream. Everything was so easy since you never had to hassle to pack up for the beach. Condo was clean, comfy beds, nice being on the ground floor since we could exercise on the grass. Already planning a return trip.

Perfect location at Kapalua, right on the lawn facing the island of Molokai. Great morning walks along the ocean trail and baby shearwaters. Property is well maintained - amazing considering the exposure to the elements. I loved it and will return time and again.
