The location was pristine, we would stay again!
I’ve stayed in several units now at Kapalua Bag Villas and while all have been fantastic, this one is truly remarkable. So spacious, clean, well stocked, amazing view of the ocean… first time ever on a vacation we looked at if we could just book it again for next year.Christmas is a hard time of year for my family so this was the perfect retreat. Thank you!
The property and condo is absolutely beautiful, as described, with a stunning oceanfront location that’s hard to beat. It was peaceful and offered incredible views, especially from the balcony. We enjoyed daily walks to Kapalua bay. However, the place could benefit from a few updates, particularly with the balcony doors (hard to open) & twin bed. Overall lovely stay. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a Maui getaway.
A very nice place with direct view to the sea. Even it is very windy most times, there is a place you can lay outside without wind, protected by the kitchenwall.
A very nice extra is, that there is also beach equipment (sitting chairs, umbrella, snorkelequipment ....) in the house to use.
Also the kitchen is very well fitted and the bathrooms are really big and very nice.

Our party of three enjoyed the unbeatable views from the lanai to watch the whales all week! Fantastic location and vantage. Highly recommend.

We stayed at this property for a week and loved it. We were glad to have AC, and also fans to keep the air moving, as it gets hot! We loved the proximity to two great beaches - Kapalua Bay Beach to the South (good snorkeling and swimming) and Oneloa Beach to the North (great boogie boarding and fun tide pools in the lava rocks). Both beaches are easy walks (5ish minutes), even carrying a bunch of beach gear. Just slightly further is Napili Bay, which we also loved (it's fun to have a bar/restaurant right there - we ordered takeout from the Sea House restaurant and enjoyed it on the beach).
Beach gear - the condo is pretty well stocked. There are 4 beach chairs, a canopy, an umbrella, 2 coolers, misc. snorkel gear, basic beach toys, and a boogie board. They provide the standard blue/white striped towels for pool/beach.
The washer/dryer are on the older end, and the dryer definitely needs service (it's LOUD). We all wished there was a drying rack of some sort, to hang up our beach towels and swim wear at the end of every day. They don't allow things to be hung outside (understandably), but even just a folding rack to put inside would've helped a lot.
Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would not hesitate to book this property again in the future!
Terrific location for Maui visitors looking for a more low key, private experience. Beautiful views just outside and access to trails and beaches in just steps. Perfect location for our family.
Views are awesome. Whales everyday. Sound of the waves were non stop. Beaches on both sides were just walking distances. Pools have grills/kitchen with showers and restrooms. We had a great outdoor cook night all to ourselves. House was fully stocked with all of my groceries that I asked for which was a blessing after the long flight. Local store near by has everything we needed throughout the week. A/C worked well. Just a great place. For a great price. Definitely a gem in paradise
