The location is great, quiet by Maui standards but reasonably close to most things you may want to do. The property itself is nice, well kept grounds and the vibe/guests were generally chill. The unit we stayed in is nice enough, it had a nice view worth taking the stairs or elevator to the 4th floor. The unit was clean, except the windows of the master bedroom which were so dirty you couldn't enjoy the great view from them. There are some easy upgrades that would improve a guest's stay dramatically. The beds are not in great condition, especially the twin beds. The sheets are old and pilled. And the pillows should be tossed out, don't even donate them. For roughly $400 a night in a destination that rents nearly 100% of the time, it's a small ask that would greatly improve guests' comfort and overall experience. We would stay at the same property again, but would likely look for a different unit.

We stayed here with family. Couples getaway 4 of us-The condo is very well stocked, close to the beach and pool. Close to anything you want to do with a rental car. You have a great view of the ocean. Love the new paint colors. It’s very beachy. I have stayed here before but it was the others that did not. They loved it!!!

This condo is very centrally located. There is nothing much within walking distance, but it’s a very easy drive to Kehei, Kahului, and Lahaina. But the access to the water is awesome! It was less than 5 minutes from our door to the water, and that included the stairs down. We had a beautiful view!
The condo was very clean and very well stocked. The kitchen has a lot of dishes and pans, plentiful ice in the ice machine and a handy washer and dryer. There are extra sheets for all of the beds and lots of towels. You definitely don’t need to bring your own beach towels as they are plentiful! There were 6 of us on this trip and this condo met our needs beautifully!

The unit 405 needs some serious maintenance and updating
We feel that the unit was described accurately. The kitchen had all the gadgets and small appliances that we needed.
The location is wonderful. The grounds are well kept. Safe neighborhood.
We look forward to our next stay here!
Nice well supplied condo. Building itself is cinder block, nothing special. Tiny pool. Nice views. Good natural light and ventilation. Quiet. Good access to walking on beach, but everything else is a bit far away, especially groceries and dining. Convenient to airport.
