Papakea Resort is and Ocean Front complex and our G104 condo is positioned in a prime spot at the resort with ocean and garden views!
Our dual Air Conditioned condo can sleep up to 4 and is beautifully updated featuring a large private Air Conditioned bedroom with a King size bed and a Queen sofa sleeper in the living room. The kitchen and bathroom have been updated with granite counter tops, white cabinets and new stainless steel appliances. The condo has all new modern furniture, top of the line Hotel linens, stainless steel appliances, paint, art and décor. The location of Papakea has direct water access and beautiful tropical gardens, 2 pools, hot tubs, Koi ponds, putting greens, tennis courts and more. We have extremely high standards and we are constantly updating our rental apartment in an effort to provide our guests with a clean, comfortable and enjoyable home while on vacation. We provide free WiFi, Pack'n Play (pls request it at time of booking), beach gear (beach chairs, snorkels, boogie boards, cooler, beach towels, beach umbrella) and a well stocked kitchen. We are taking great precautions and doing a deep clean in our condos as well as supply cleaning supplies for you to use. Book with us, you will not be disappointed!

From our ground floor Lanai you can enjoy a view of the ocean, putting green, swimming pool, tropical gardens and Koi ponds.
We are also owners of unit A204 in the same complex which has direct ocean views. Our A204 condo is similar size ( one bedroom with king bed, full size living room and full kitchen and bath) but set up to sleep 2 adults. Inquire for more info if interested.
Like many resorts in Maui, Papakea Resort collects a $25/night resort fee to cover parking, water aerobics, Yoga, pool/hot tub access, shuffleboard, cable TV, and Internet access etc. This fee is paid to the front desk at checkout and not to the host.
There is so much to enjoy and do! You can relax on the Lanai while sipping on a cocktail as the waves crash only a few feet away. Or you can head down to the beach to get a surfing lesson or maybe do a little body surfing in the waves. Later hit the putting greens or challenge a friend to a game of tennis or pickleball on the nearby courts. Relax by one of the two pools to work on your tan, then enjoy a soaking session in the bubbling hot tub. Back in the condo you can connect to WiFi to post the pictures of your trip while you surf the cable channels on the couch. Whip up a dish in the convenient kitchen, then dine out on the Lanai and enjoy the sea breeze rolling in.

The listing is exactly as portrayed and the owners were incredibly responsive and on it. The unit being fully stocked with everything you need for the beach and to cook is super helpful. Location wise you are close to some amazing beaches. We were there in January and were lucky to see tons of humpbacks right off the waterfront on the property, it was incredible.
Highly recommend. Thanks to the owners for helping making our vacation one to remember!

This condo exceeded our expectations. Clean, comfortable and lovely. Had everything we needed. And we loved the property with great beach access. We especially enjoyed the grassy area at the shore, where we spent almost every evening. Was so easy to walk down there several times a day. Thanks for a memorable stay.

Love loved this unit and the Papakea resort… coming from a pricier unit in Wailea, we were really happy to spend our last five days here. The owner has shown thoughtfulness to enhance a guest experience instead of owners who tell you what they want you to do or not to do. This unit is equipped with everything and high quality - loaded. The location is perfect for sunset watching and the mesmerizing surfable waves crashing on the reefs - and nicely confirmed we had finally arrived in Hawaii! There are lots of amenities within walking distance but a few minutes in a car gets you to some superb beaches and snorkeling coves!!! Ocean level has washed away the beach in front of the property but a wade away are lots of sandy beaches. Or get a boogie board and paddle along. The pool, hot tub, koi ponds and lanai are in perfect position for you to enjoy. New shiny Weber barbecues just steps away… this owner and resort staff will look after you with good value! Very telling was the guest book (so positive!!!!) that you know the owner is confident the suite is competitive with the best… a week here will elevate your standards!

We had a wonderful stay in unit G104.
The unit was well stocked with everything we needed.
It was a great location, beautiful evening sunsets and close to all the amenities.
The hosts were always available we had one small problem with the shower and Dee had it resolved right away.
We will book again!

We had such a great time at this condo! The condo was lovely and just as advertised. The property was absolutely stunning with beautiful greenery, koi ponds and views of the Pacific. We enjoyed sunsets every day and honestly they’re the most beautiful sunsets I have ever seen! Definitely recommend! Thank you for a wonderful vacation!

This property is immaculate. The attention to details, from labelling cupboards & light switches, to providing a well equipped kitchen including a large selection of spices, made staying in this condo easy and comfortable. The king size bed was incredibly comfortable. The unit was quiet and the resort provided many activities. The owners responded to all of our questions in a very timely manner. Everything about our week in this condo was awesome!

We loved our stay in G104, especially the ground floor access to the beautiful garden, pools and amazing ocean views. The unit was exactly as described. It was very clean and the decor was lovely. This was a great location for accessing the PGA tournament at Kapalua.

This property met and exceeded expectations in every way. The condo unit was clean and equipped with everything you could need to feel at home. The location was ideal for us with the proximity to the Lanai pool, the large putting green and had just enough of an ocean view to make morning coffee or after dinner drinks on the lanai have that great on the water feel.
The location of the resort was equally ideal with several restaurants, stores and beaches easily walkable. Papi’s Ohana for their cinnamon rolls and pizza and Cruizin Cafe for their coffee are a must visit! A well equipped ABC store is easily accessed through a secure gate and a full grocery store and several more restaurants are just across the street. A very cool food truck park is also right next door.

We absolutely loved our stay at this beautiful property! It was perfect for us and the only bad thing was having to leave! The unit was well appointed, newly remodeled, beautifully decorated and the staff was friendly and efficient. We loved the location and the ocean view was gorgeous. Cannot wait to be back at Dee & Randy’s place! Mahalo!!!
