    About the Owners
Our first visit to Maui was on our honeymoon. We fell in love with the beautiful beaches, sunsets and warm ocean water as well as the year-round tropical climate. With retirement approaching, it has been our dream to own property in Wailea, Maui. We chose The Palms for the location in Wailea, the quality of construction and the low density as compared to other condo complexes. Ideally situated just uphill from fantastic Keawehapu Beach, you can walk the Wailea beach paths daily and absorb all of Maui s beauty. Snorkel or scuba dive offshore in the calm rolling waves that are perfect for family fun or a romantic evening. Bring drinks as you dine on the beach and enjoy a gorgeous Maui sunset.

It is our hope that you will have a delightful Maui vacation!!...

What a great trip to Maui. This condo was awesome. The views were awesome. The condo is very comfortable and relaxing to be in. This condo has all the amenities that you can think of. If you decide to stay in and cook your meals, this is the condo to book. The kitchen is very well equipped with everything you would need except for the food. If you have any questions, Mary who is the property manager is awesome. Mary will get back to you immediately if you have any questions. We are already looking at coming back next year and staying here at the Palms of Wailea.

This condo was the BEST! Not only did it have a magnificent view, the amenities were all there! We even got a welcome basket with coffee to get us started! The little things made the stay extra special.

We stayed at this property for 8 nights, and fell in love with it. The location is perfect for getting to beaches, shopping, and good restaurants, and the complex amenities (pool +) are lovely. The view from this condo is also just perfect. We could see breaching whales from the living room and Lanai. The condo came with some beach toys/chairs/towels that we used daily, and there is a good stock of board games for an evening in. The hosts are super responsive and made sure we connected with an on-island contact who was able to answer all our questions very quickly. The hosts are also kind and thoughtful. There was a note and welcome gift for us on the counter when we arrived. Would ABSOLUTELY stay here again.

Would definitely repeat this one. Kitchen was well stocked with utensils, plenty of pots/pans/storage containers. Coolers, beach chairs and other necessities were included. The place was well kept but a little outdated. Just a few quirks like odd placement of the light switches. Bathroom light switches were below the waist and light switches for the kitchen/living room were a little inconvenient. One thing to note is the guest bedroom has a “wall” that is actuallly a slatted 4 panel sliding wall so there isn’t a whole lot of privacy as the wall is the one to the whole living space.

My husband and I along with our two 20 year olds stayed in Scott and Renee’s condo for 9 days. The beds were very comfortable, layout was spacious, bathrooms and kitchen were well stocked and the view was spectacular. The Palms at Wailea was convenient to everywhere we wanted to go. I would not hesitate to book this condo again. It was perfect!

Wonderful, spacious unit for a family of five. Gorgeous view of the Palms and ocean beyond from the window seat. Clean, low key decor and very easy logistically. Also I thought the pool was prettier in person! One tiny note—one of the beach umbrellas was broken and the beach chairs have seen better days. Other than that minor hiccup, the place was really a gem! Aloha!
