The property was well maintained and the unit is at the back, away from the traffic noise on S. Kihei Road. It is close to Kam 1 beach and a short walk to lots of amenities. It is had what we needed including dishwasher and laundry tabs, as well as a decent amount of toilet paper, but NO Kleenex. The pools and pool areas are VERY small. So don't plan on hanging out there with a large group or several kids. The condo had what we needed including 3 beach chairs and 2 umbrellas, plus a cooler for beach lunches. They also had a good amount of towels and linens for 2 people.The AC unit was easy to use. Our only 3 minor issues were-One with the Lanai screen door. I don't know what the deal is in Maui, but everywhere I stay the patio screen door is CRAP!! This one would not stay on its track and was a pain in the ass to open and close. The biggest issues were with cleanliness and pillows. All the light switches and door handle areas were covered with dirty fingerprints and had not been cleaned in a long time. It makes you weary of what else has been missed.The pillows were large!! So large we could not use them. Thankfully they had some smaller ones in the closet. The bed was soft, so having that with large fluffy pillows created a problem. Lastly, the head board on the bed was not attached so it rattled around whenever we moved in the bed.....not a good thing! LOL!All in all we would stay here again, but would ask for a better cleaning job.Mahalo.Jason
Condo was beautiful and appreciated the amenities of a full kitchen and washer and dryer. The property was well maintained. Liked the convenience of the trash chutes on each floor. Good location near shops and restaurants. However, condo was not very clean. Areas were dusty, sand near dryer lint screen, bedding was dingy, and towels did not appear clean so we bought beach towels to use after showering. Appreciated the air conditioner; however, it was so noisy that it was difficult to hear the television.
My partner & I stayed 9 nights at the Maui Vista condo, Bldg 3, 2nd floor with partial ocean view.
POSITIVES: Affordable, great location, beaches, restaurants, shopping within walking distance. Condo complex has ample, free parking, beautiful landscaping. Washer & dryer worked great and we appreciated the provided laundry detergent. Kitchen is well stocked. Balcony is pleasant for eating and relaxing. Enjoyed using the provided beach chairs, umbrellas, and pool noodles. Loved the pool! Great concierge service with Dona G.
NEGATIVES: Condo unit is outdated & sad looking. Kitchen tile floor has gouges. Bedding for queen bed in bedroom is low quality (thin sheets and not wide enough for 2 adults); pillows uncomfortable. Carpeting in bedroom is disgusting. Dishwasher soap tablets did not dissolve so dishes not cleaned thoroughly. An appropriate number of bar soaps for bathroom not provided, given our 10-day stay for 2 adults. Only 2 small, round bar soaps, barely larger than a U.S. half-dollar coin were provided and we used up the shower supply in 5 days. We bought 2 bars of soap for $7.49 and asked to be reimbursed by management company, but were denied. No hand soap provided for kitchen. Killed 2 cockroaches in the kitchen the first few nights, but the cockroach I saw on the last night of our stay escaped my chase. Also saw red ants the last few nights.
If you're looking for a higher quality condo, this isn't the unit for you.

Typical condo complex, but this one close enough so you can walk to the beach. That's a plus .Main street shopping also walkable ,so plenty of options there.

Beautiful property with LOVELY little touches everywhere. Lots of basic things you may need like dishwasher soap, dish soap, some laundry pods, trash bags, etc.. They also have beach chairs and towels and fins. The location was amazing, across the street from cove beach and charley young beach. Walking distance from restaurants. The balcony area was wonderful too. And the bed was comfortable.
The only issue is that the internet needs to be upgraded, it was challenging to work remotely there and it doesn’t work well in the bedroom. That and the room to sleep in would get pretty hot in July, even with fans. But I could see this only being a summer issue.
Overall, we loved it! And would stay again.
Central location to shops places to eat, and the beach. Perfect for a week long stay
This was located in a great area. Walking distance to the beach, food and shops. The condo was cute with everything we needed. Would definitely stay here again.

LOVED the location. Central. Beaches, shops, restaurants all nearby.3 pools to choose from. Unit was clean, kitchen fully equipped, ocean facing for small ocean view. Would def stay there again! (The small extras sure made a difference and were appreciated).
This was an awesome property
Condo is very quiet, close to beaches and restaurants. However, was also dirty & outdated.
They had beach chairs and umbrellas. Property was nice and clean. Sofa bed needed a new mattress, although you could sleep on the one they had.
A big disappointment was,the elevator was broken.
