We had a wonderful vacation on the Big Island and can't wait to go back! Steve and Karen were very responsive, gave excellent recommendations, and the condo was fully stocked for the beach, relaxing, and cooking. The pool is steps away and beautiful. The private beach is a hidden gem with calm waters that are perfect for snorkeling. We will miss our morning walks to see the sunrise and swimming in the ocean every day. Cannot recommend enough!
This place is the perfect spot for a family with 2 children. The perfect amount of space and right next to the pool and fitness area. The neighborhood was close to everything we needed. It was a short drive to shopping, restaurants, groceries, beach, and golf. It is also close to Waimea and Waikaloa Village for more great food options. Specifically, Waimea for top restaurants and farmers markets. This is a great place. Don’t miss this opportunity.
The condo is great. We loved the swimming pool, very close to the condo and the 2 beaches nearby. Steve was super friendly and helpful! We had an enjoyable and relaxing stay! I definitely recommend the place.
We really enjoyed our stay. Excellent location - just across the lawn to the pool, which made for quick and easy trips to the hot tub. The private beach club access is fantastic. The condo is cute, clean, and comfortable. Everything you will need. Including beach toys, chairs and snorkeling equipment. My family and I had a blast.
We just finished a wonderful stay at Steve and Karen’s place. The photos do not do justice for how lovely the place is! The kitchen was well equipped and the beds really comfortable. We loved the location of the unit as it backs onto the garden and pool area. A wonderful place to spend a family holiday. Only suggestion is a coffee grinder so we could have enjoyed freshly ground island coffee. :)
The property was ok...needs a lot of renovation....painting,new carpets etc. The lighting in the bathrooms should be changed..it was dark. There was no move in checklist and we had been in touch many times...needed new ater filer in fridge and bbq had a leak. we were there for 3 months and it was like we were snowbirds.. oh well...no place like home.
This was our second stay at this condo, our first being in 2017, and this visit was just as great as the first. The condo itself was well equipped, from kitchen supplies to lots of beach gear (coolers, chairs, snorkel gear, etc.). The condo was clean and comfortable. The pool area is lovely for a quiet afternoon, and never seemed busy. Access to the beach club is great, easy parking, great restaurant, and perfect for a morning walk around the fish ponds. Our family really enjoyed staying here and we hope to visit again soon!

The condo was perfect for my week stay North of Kona. It was very clean and my bed was comfortable. Neighbors were nice, property and pool was nice and close to beaches, shopping and restaurants. Had a lot of extras like box fan, snorkel equipment, beach chairs, beach towels, etc. Some of the electrical outlets didn’t work, but I didn’t have a problem with having enough light and use of kitchen equipment overall. Costs extra if you want to sleep in AC so I decided not to run the AC much, and it ended up being fine. I did get hot sometimes but the ceiling fans took care of cooling the rooms down. Overall I was happy with this condo and would return!
We had a wonderful stay at this location. Steve and Karen were very helpful and available in case anything came up. We loved being so close to the pool, which was great for kids but not noisy at all. Having access to the beach club was also a highlight. The condo was stocked with anything we might need. We hope to stay again in future trips.
