The place was super nice and clean. The pool was definitely the highlight. Great place for family. We really enjoyed our stay and will definitely be back. The only negative if any was there to check out time is 10 o’clock, which should not become the new normal.
I personally found the payment process cumbersome with lots of docusign forms. There were No instructions for finding the actual unit at the complex. Our flight arrived after 930Pm and we had to wander around in the dark quite some time before stumbling upon our building/unit. There is limited to no sidewalk lighting.Very poor quality polyester sheets and bed comforter.Small, poor quality TV but did have streaming apps available. However, Only 10 MBS download on the WiFi. Laptop web searches were frustratingly slow to load trying to plan our adventures. I had only 1 bar of cell service inside the condo.Much of the condo is carpeted which seemed odd to us compared to other rentals. It was very musty smelling inside when we first entered. We washed a load of clothes after several days and when I went to put them in the dryer, I found the dryer full of semi-wet and now musty sheets and towels from before we had checked in. The power had gone out the day of our arrival and we were notified the housecleaning wasn't completed as a result, such as running sweeper and apparently unknown to us the dryer didn't finish. The unit was clean inside.Cooking pots/pans/implements were good quality and great variety. Everything you'd really need. Good quality Lanai furniture but it hadn't been cleaned and was covered with layers of dirt, especially the table. I did not care for the comfort of the unit sofa or sitting chair. The stay was nice but I wouldn't repeat a visit to this location.

Description was accurate. Place was very clean and well supplied. Some minor TLC needed but not a deterrent. Location was perfect for me. I've stayed in this complex for years but this is 1st time in this unit. I would rent again IF A new mattress is brought in. Woke with a backache every morning. IF TV is important to you, it is very small and needs better directions for viewing. Porch light was out so entrance was very dark. Reported this on the 1st day but it was never fixed by complex. (It's a complex issue not the unit's owner)

Our Condo was very clean and the AC worked!Well worth the price and would definitely stay again. The KOA resort is the best place to stay if you have children. Very child friendly and the beach is literally right down the street.

Very nice place. It was clean. And had all the supplies we needed. Has a musty smell but could get sufficient airflow to lessen the smell. Worked out well for what we needed. Beautifully kept yard.
We were in Maui for our Aunts 100th Birthday celebration. The Koa Resort was the perfect location. Our condo was very clean The pool, bbq area, tennis courts were all a plus to our stay. I might add the beach was within walking distance. We will definitely refer Koa Resort to our family and friends.

Beautiful property grounds. A/C was very much appreciated. There were a couple beach chairs, towels, and a cooler that we utilized on several occasions. The kitchen was stocked with everything you need. All in all, it was a great stay.
This quiet 1 bedroom was perfect for my family of 4. It had everything we needed. Loved it!! Would stay there again!!

Very convenient location. Good communication. Would easily give 5 stars if not for the following:The chair fabrics were dirty, the pull out couch was not very comfortable for the kiddos, they had no coffee or shampoo/body soap/ conditioner like you would get at a hotel, the oven door did not close all the way and some of the stove burners did not work correctly. It was clean but needs to be updated as there was paint chips on the bathroom door. It was nice to see that there was a cooler, beach chairs x2, beach umbrella and sand toys.
This quiet 1 bedroom was perfect for my family of 4. It had everything we needed. Loved it!! Would stay there again!!

We have been renting from Bello Realty for many years and this is one of their best reasonably priced 1-bedroom condos. The unit is spacious, quiet and comfortable and it has air conditioning in both the main living area and bedroom. There is plenty of space to unpack clothes and the Queen size bed was comfortable. This rental is located close to grocery stores and a variety of restaurants. And consistent with Bello Realty's requirements, this unit was equipped with backpack beach chairs and umbrellas that we used every day. We are hoping to return again next year.

Unit has a great deck & view of pool. Communication from Bello was unsatisfactory. There was an issue to work through that Bello offered two solutions for. We chose the option that best suited our needs. Bello's offer changed afterwards. Be cautious if you choose Bello. I would recommend Koa Resort.

This was a decent place to stay. The grounds were very nice. The suite was nice and spacious but the furniture and carpet were quite old. The couch was a bit smelly and the carpet floors sticky. There was no kettle and the coffee maker was very old. There was no normal frying pan. The pullout couch was very old and quite uncomfortable and we are small light people. My kids didn’t mind it though. This suite was cheaper than our friends but not as nice. However, maui was beautiful and we spent our time mostly outside.

Apartment is nice and spacious. There is a very much needed matrass topper for the sofa bed and few beach amenities like towels, chairs and badminton rackets.Overall clean but carpet would need a deep wash.

This unit needs a lot of TLC. Bello Realty was responsive to our needs and the next tenant should have a better stay. The sofa sleeper is unusable. Bello brought over a low end foam topper but it did not help. They since have ordered a new mattress. We purchased an air mattress for our stay as we were there 10 nights. Bello also purchased new pots and pans which future guests will greatly enjoy as the ones in the unit were very oldamd the nin stick surface was non existent. Toaster only worked on one side. The bedroom humidifier smelled horribly and needs cleaning. The location is great though and once some items are addressed this will be a fine unit. I would only recommend this unit if items have been addresses

The place was excellent I had no issues at all with this home, and the location amazing. The only thing was the communication with the manager was bad, he never reply our messages or email for me that completely sucks , I always stay on rental home everywhere I go and never had this problem usually the communication is outstanding, keep that in mind before you book, other then that we loved it.

Condo was great for the price beautiful foliage right outside our lanai and very nice pool. Had everything we needed folding beach chairs would have been nice we had to rent them and we had 3 beach towels for 4 guests, it had superb air conditioning that was quiet - it was quite difficult to locate the unit in the dark when we arrived as the property is quite vast also there was no parking at night would be nice to have an assigned spot for the unit. I would rent the unit again - you definitely need a car in Kihei. We recycle in Canada so had a hard time throwing everything in the dumpster together...

Returned today from a week in Kihei at the Koa Resort. Our stay was fantastic, we loved the resort for its garden like atmosphere and a very peaceful setting. Our unit was ground floor just steps from the pool and we really enjoyed having our morning coffee on our rainforest style patio. Everything we needed was available in the unit. My spouse would 100% stay there again.
Only thing I would suggest is getting a stronger WiFi router, we couldn't leave the kitchen without losing our signal. I know first world problems(lol) but its an easy fix I think.

This was a fantastic location in Maui!! Close to everything we wanted to do. The condo was clean, nice and on the ground floor next to the pool. The kids loved going out the back door straight into the quart yard. The location had an easy entry which was fantastic.
