We very much enjoyed our stay at this condo. The views of the tide pools and Molokai were absolutely stunning. The Gazebo is right next to the building, and Napili Bay is maybe a 5 minutes walk. The room was clean and accurately described for the most part. I want to break this review in half because my wife and I did thoroughly enjoy our stay here, but we do have some qualms. At this price point, we would have liked to have more than one beach towel per person, and not having a basic smart TV that you can stream to is extremely unfortunate. It’s just a cable box and a 2005 Toshiba DVD player. The ongoing construction was annoying. The bed is extremely uncomfortable and left my partner and I both with sore back after our stay.

Overall it was a nice stay with easy access to the beach. The view from the room was beautiful since we were directly in front of the ocean! We were still close enough to the pool and hot tub amenities but far enough away from the noise that may come with that area. We liked that this location was not in the bustle of a heavy commercialized/ tourist spot, so it didn’t feel as busy and crowded. My partner and I had already explored much of Maui by the time we ended our trip here, so we did find the nearby food options to be limited and decent but not as great as other towns. Just like the other reviews, the bed absolutely needs to be changed! It’s a Murphy bed. The mattress has indentations from all previous use, so it is too soft, not supportive, and difficult to get a solid night of sleep. We’re a couple in our 30s, but I imagine this would be difficult for someone older or who must have a firmer bed. It’s disappointing that the property manager has not improved this despite all the negative reviews about the bed. Additionally, the outlets on either side of the bed are far away. You need an extra long charging cable to get around the Murphy bed frame. The wooden structure is useless and should just be removed for a more optimal bed setup. One of the fans (the kitchen one) did not work and seemed to not be connected to any switch. It wasn’t necessary for us, and thankfully the fan above the bed worked without issues.
Will return. Nothing negative about this property or location.
Everything was wonderful start to finish. Especially enjoyed the nice beach chairs.
If you like ocean front, there is nothing better then this place.
Our room had a direct ocean-facing view of the ocean, Molokai, and Napili Bay off to the north. Every day we sat on the lanai and watched whale activity, surfers, awesome sunsets and beautiful moon and star gazing at night.Because of the lower temps and humidity, we slept with the lanai door partially open and slept to the soothing sound of waves.Our main complaint is the bed. Probably the worst bed I have slept in, in a long time. VERY soft and has deep depressions, evidence of people sleeping in it for a long time. Plus the bed creaked with every movement. I had read that others complained about the bed so I was surprised that it had not been changed out and I was disappointed the owners had not done that.Also, some of the outlets did not work, and the control for the fan above the bed was either on high or off. We could not adjust it otherwise.
Don’t stay! Horrible beds
View was epic. In my opinion there’s no reason to come to Napilli and not smell, taste, view and hear the ocean. Paradise indeed. Place was comfortable with the exception of the beds. We spent a few nights pulling mattresses onto the floor. It’s the perfect location with responsive hosts. Highly recommend.

We loved our stay! The condo was clean and very very well stocked with everything we needed. A fabulous view and a short walk to the beach where we saw turtles everyday. We will definitely be back!
We could not have imagined a better place to stay for our trip. This unit was so clean, had beach chairs,towels, umbrellas, and even a first aid kit which came in handy. It was even better in person and the view and sunsets from the balcony were breathtaking. Quiet area, and super super clean. We will be staying here again if we come back to Maui 110%. You are a 3 minute walk to Nāpili bay where we saw turtles snorkeling every single day. Exceeded our expectations completely.

We had a relaxing stay at this VRBO rental, thanks to its prime location and stunning views of the sunsets, which were truly unforgettable. The check-in process was smooth, and the Napili Shores resort beautifully captures the essence of old Hawaii. However, the unit itself could use some attention: the bathroom had stains on the walls and floor and needed a paint touch-up, and while the shower was clean, it appeared to be original. The closet was cluttered with items, the bed seemed smaller than a queen, and the beach chairs were very damaged. We ended up renting a larger umbrella from the resort store since the provided ones were small and only attached to the beach chairs and did not provide needed shade. Additionally, the WiFi was spotty, requiring frequent resets, and the cable TV went out a few times, necessitating calls to the cable company. Despite these minor inconveniences, the incredible location and view made our stay worthwhile.
The condo is shore front so the sound of breaking surf is constant and wonderful. The sunsets were fantastic every evening. We snorkeled every day and the west side has many excellent spots to see undersea life. The condo has all the utensils to make food. We had everything we needed. The bed was soft for our comfort but not a dealbreaker. We’d come back for sure.

This property is right in Napili Shores resort. This spot overlooks the volcanic rock beach as well as the ocean where whales swim (March) and another island reveals itself in the morning. I would suggest not sleeping on the sofa bed. They need to replace it but the bed and furniture are comfy. The amenities are enough including beach gear. It is great for a couple. I cannot understate the view and the sound of the ocean.
