Overall stay was good.
Location wasn’t bad but VERY quiet. If that’s for you great but I found it pretty boring in the area. There’s a few walkable restaurants but it’s dead. Except Miso Phat.
Condo was decent and gave us what we need. The communication was great . I couldn’t find the key code and it was after 6 but she responded immediately. Toilet didn’t work, had to open the lid to flush but they came the next day while we were out and fixed it.
The view is great with the sunsets. The lanai was perfect for them but it was a little dingy with previous stays. This may not effect others but if you are sensitive to smell you will need an air freshener or plug in for your stay. The condo has a bit of an old musty smell but I’m really sensitive. Glad I brought some pillow spray and used most of it. Beware of ants just like their descriptions on your arrival instructions. It was a bit stressful every time we ate and drank.
Overall it served its purpose and happy with it.

The place was perfectly clean and truly 12 feet from the ocean. Great reef out front for snorkeling. They had snorkel gear to use, games, books, tennis rackets and balls for the tennis courts across the street by the pool, laundry and rec club that comes with the place. Bang for the buck.
Maui... Rainbows off the private patio... super close parking space... I mean it was perfect! Like ABSOLUTELY PERFECT!

Overall our stay was great. The condo was perfect for us and very clean and so cute inside. Loved watching the sea turtles from the lanai. I was a little disappointed in the beach access close
to the condo.we had to drive each day
To the beach. Which wasn’t ideal. The homeless population all around the area was a little unnerving as they would hang at the picnic table by our lanai and at the end of the seawall one slept each night. One last thing to note is there is a condo above you and the walls seem thin those tenets were so loud and rude you could hear every step they made at 5:00 in the morning and hear their conversations. The location wasn’t perfect for us but the Condo was.

We had a great time! We saw whales during breakfast on the patio. The place is central, with stores nearby and nice beaches just a short drive away.

We loved our stay! Everyday we saw turtles, rainbows, and sunsets from the lanai. The condo had everything we needed for our beach days. We loved the location, close to Kaanapali and Lahaina but far enough away from the crowds. Close to awesome beaches and great resturants. We also loved the pool and the having access to the laundry facilities. The condo is perfect for two.

We loved our stay! Everyday we saw turtles, rainbows, and sunsets from the lanai. The condo had everything we needed for our beach days. We loved the location, close to Kaanapali and Lahaina but far enough away from the crowds. Close to awesome beaches and great resturants. We also loved the pool and the having access to the laundry facilities. The condo is perfect for two.

We enjoyed our stay here. The only reason I have a "4" on online listing accuracy is because the picture of the room appears white and bright which was not the case. Darker wood trim and doors, with a little darker paint. But I would stay here again. Janet

It was a great stay for a relaxed trip. We loved the turtles right outside the room. One day we counted 12 along the ocean wall. The condo stayed a very comfortable temp with the ceiling fans and screen open, we only used the A/C one time. Kitchen was great, parking spot close to the condo, bed comfortable, we had everything we needed. I think my only comment would be the shower, it is small- like knocking elbows on the sides small when washing my hair, but at least the water pressure was good (i have long thick hair!). We enjoyed the stay and definitely recommend it

Very smooth process, easy to access, clean and great locale close to beach and other beaches and the whale watching from the lanai was amazing.
Only thing is had to kill a few cockroaches mostly small but a very large one to greet us on the bathroom wall upon arrival. Typical experience for tropical climates, so didn’t ruin our experience.
