Great property, excellent location, safe neighborhood. We enjoyed our stay, shopping is from 10 minutes to 20 minutes away pending what you’re shopping for. The hot tub was a nice touch. Bed was comfortable. The kitchen has plenty dishes, pots and pans and utensils. The homeowners are amazing people and always asked if we needed anything. I appreciated that. If we are ever in the area, we will rent this home again

Overall, our stay was fantastic! Location was perfect, nice view and not too far away. Hospitality from the hosts was outstanding! We’ve always had good trips to the big island, but this VRBO was one of our best!
Peaceful ranch house with great ocean views. Nice separate house with lovely lanai looking over the property with views down to the ocean.

Rick and Amy were wonderful hosts. The apartment was perfect for two people. The location gave us easy access to anywhere we wanted to go. We look forward to staying again in the near future.
Had a great time. Property just as described. Amy and Rick treat you like family. Gorgeous sunsets. Nice to escape the heat of Kona. Would stay again in a heartbeat.
The house was so clean and well supplied. I appreciated access to the laundry. The view was great and I loved the goats wandering through pasture.

The cottage is so comfortable and well appointed. Laundry facilities are clean and well stocked. The lanai and hot tub are the perfect place to enjoy the famous Kailua-Kona sunsets.
The hosts, Amy and Rick, are wonderful and have anticipated the needs of guests and stocked the cottage accordingly.
