The condo and property were awesome. The kitchen was well stocked and the beach items to use were great. It had pool noodles, beach bag, cooler, and even snorkel gear. Ko olina was a great location without huge crowds at the beach, ocean, and pool. Jeff was great to work with for scheduling and communicating about the booking. I would stay at this condo again.

Loved it!! Very nice condo; very comfortable. Good view of the water and property. Parking included (1 car) is a nice perk! Like that the property is close to the market area, but far enough away from the small "crowds" from Aulani, the Four Seasons and other rentals. Also, Kapolei is not very far away for shopping and eats. Thanks Jeff and Shelby!!
We had a wonderful stay at this villa! It’s located in an excellent area and offers everything you need for a relaxing vacation.The villa is clean and very well-equipped. The kitchen has everything you need for cooking, including all necessary dishes, pans, etc.. The appliances are top-quality and in excellent condition. There’s also plenty of gear for swimming and keeping the kids entertained.The bedrooms are spacious and feature comfortable king-sized beds. The open-plan living and kitchen area is perfect for spending time together. We also appreciated how quiet the air conditioning was—there are two units, one for the living room and one for the bedrooms, which makes it easy to keep the whole space comfortable.One of our favorite features was the large balcony. It’s always in the shade, has a great view, and is perfect for relaxing any time of day. The villa also has smart TVs in both the living room and bedrooms, as well as wireless chargers for phones and watches, which was a nice touch.Overall, this is a beautiful villa in great condition. We highly recommend it and would love to come back!
Loved the relaxing vibe of Ko Olina and the condo had everything we needed (including beach towels, chairs, and water accessories) right at our fingertips. Great location away from the hustle and bustle of Waikiki, but both it and other points of interest like Pearl Harbor were an easy 20-30 minute drive.
This was everything advertised. A first class host, staff, and vibe. We'd stay here again.
We stayed in this unit with our 2 kids. We had such a great time, and everything with the unit was perfect. The view was amazing!!!

We were looking for a place to relax and enjoy the Hawaiian sun and sand with friends. Ko O’lina is beautiful, and the Beach Villas are a perfect location for a relatively quiet, calm beach.The villa was as described. It was clean and nicely appointed. Check-in was easy. The layout was wonderful, and the space was quiet. We couldn’t hear noise from either bedroom, let alone noise from our neighbors.
The condo is wonderful! The service was terrific and the views breathtaking. We had a wonderful two week stay and will be back again to make some more memories.
Great relaxing getaway from the Waikiki crowds
The location of the property was great, very close to the sea and lots of walking paths. The best part was the gym and the lap swimming pool for those who enjoy fitness. The property itself was well made with great sea views and kitchen had everything available. The only put down was that the mattresses were old and not good for the back, after a couple of days had to sleep in the sofa as the mattress were giving back and neck pain. Also the room with twin beds was very tight and small for two elderly people to walk in, always the risk of bumping into something. Otherwise everything else was good and would love to come back.if the mattress change 😊

All the amenities but none of the hassle of a huge resort are right here! We stayed for 8 nights and had plenty of room, along with everything we needed! The view is amazing, communication was prompt, and the staff were great!
My husband, granddaughter's and thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Ko Olina Resort. The Penthouse was spacious, kitchen had everything we needed to prepare meals. The ocean view from the belcany was relaxing and beautiful. The environment was safe. The lagoon was never crouded which we really appreciated. We will visit again in the near future.
Very good location with access to a joining properties for eating out without having the masses on this property this property.
All thing I would change is that I believe the quiet and hot tub should stay open later than the other pools. Honestly, I would say 9 o’clock early for all the pools.
Very clean. Incredible view.Bedrooms had separate air. Plenty of towels for bathing. Beach towels with beach accessories. Villa staff very friendly and accommodating. Will definitely recommend to others and would stay again. A wonderful place to make memories.
This was an amazing property and location! The accommodations were wonderful - clean, accurately described in the listing, close to beach, within walking distance to restaurants and shops. I could go on and on!
Luxurious apartment with great views and many amenities. The Ko Olina Beach Villas are a relaxing place to vacation for adults and families.
We LOVE this property. This was our third time staying in Ko Olina but first time at the Beach Villas. For us, this is the best place to stay. Excellent amenities for family, the staff is great, the property is super clean, easy access to the highway but you’d never know it from the views. Jeff and Shelby were excellent hosts, the villa was stocked with perfect basics to get you started. Beach trips were made easy with a boogie board, towels, chairs, buckets, etc… all ready to go in a closet. Basic laundry soap available so if you’re not brand picky, you’re covered there, too! The bed was more comfy than my bed at home and now makes me want to get a memory foam mattress! Prior to arrival I reached out a couple times with various questions, parking, sleeping arrangement, we went over Easter so I was curious about an Easter egg hunt for the kiddos, etc… Jeff responded within 24 hours each time with a thorough response, no back and forth required. All in all, we had a wonderful time and look forward to coming back. Cheers!
We had a wonderful time in Ko Olina. The condo is fantastic. The views are incredible, and it is well laid out. The resort is great, too, with easy beach access and nice pools. Jeff was great to work with and very responsive. Would definitely do it again.
Had a much needed family vacay with my husband, daughter and her boyfriend! The villas were perfect! Beautiful accommodations! Rented beach chairs and umbrellas from Royal Hawaiian! Toured the Notth Shore, Haleiwa, Pearl Harbor and Waikiki! Played golf at Ko Olina golf club and Hawaiian Royal golf club!! Both beautiful courses! Has family photos taken by Alexandra!! All 5 stars! Can’t wait come back!
Our first trip to HI couldn’t have been any better. Jeff and Shelby were outstanding hosts and the staff at the KoOlina beach villas were spectacular. This property is breathtaking!
