This house is just amazing. Super close to everything Poipu has to offer, and even walking distance (1 mile) to a major shopping center with a starbucks, great restaurants (keoki's paradise is awesome), a great morning bakery, ice cream, etc. The house was perfect for our family of 5. We generally enjoyed different beaches each day (poipu beach is great for predictable calm waves and then Shipwreck beach is fantastic for those wanting bigger waves (sometimes too big but the day we went was perfect). After the beach, we would enjoy the pool for a couple of hours before getting ready for the evening, whether that be going out for dinner or cooking in with the very nice grill and kitchen on premise. Really nice beach chairs, umbrellas, cooler were all provided which was great. This house is truly perfect for a vacation in Kauai. HIGHLY recommend!
Clean beautiful home with pool against backdrop of the golf course it sits on. Area is quiet and great for relaxing. Our whole family enjoyed the stay and would gladly stay here again. The only thing to remember is you will need a vehicle to go in and out of town or to the beach. Walking to the beach or shopping center will take you about 30 minutes.
Well appointed home, could not think of one thing this home was missing. Home looks exactly as pictured. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Property management quick to reply, great location, clean. Book now!

My husband, youngest son and I stayed here for a week and the home was spectacular. The rooms are big, the bathrooms are conveniently located around the house and the open floor plan is just lovely. The whole space is bright and airy and beautifully decorated. Everything about the house is extremely comfortable.
We loved sitting on the lanai in the early morning, watching all the birds as the sky brightened. We drove all over the island each day and the location was perfect for shopping, great food and visiting the beaches.
At night we'd head back outside to read and relax and soak in the peace. I confess I wasn't sure what staying on a golf course would be like, but it was wonderful and we would happily stay here again and again.
Great property, as good or better than the pictures. Clean, comfortable, quiet. Good location. Easy check in. Access to the health/tennis club was great. Would definitely stay there again.
If you want the fun sucked out of your vacation, then yes rent this place! We were extremely disappointed by staying at this home. We didn’t read the contract carefully because we vacation all the time and never have any problems with the rentals. The property sleeps 6 and there was six of us at this home and were there for my nephew’s wedding. Other family members rented homes at the same golf course and had great experiences. When you go on a vacation, especially with family, and renting a home, chances are that at some point, everyone gets together. We got together at the house one evening to have a meal together. Before we knew it, the rental agency’s property manager called my husband, saying that our guest must leave. My husband told him that we just made dinner so they will leave asap. There was no music or drinking. In less than 15 minutes after the call, my husband received a long text message from the rental agency’s property manager saying that the police will be called and that we will all be kicked out, including the original 6 renters. Come to find out, the property manager is great friends with one of the neighbors near the rental property and has them in charge of keeping an eye 24/7 on the property we had rented. Several neighbors said that the police is always called on all the people renting this property. Mind you, there was no music or drinking but just an extra few cars at the driveway which didn’t even block anyone.
We picked this home because of the great reviews but sadly, we only slept at this home and couldn’t enjoy it at all. There’s nothing wrong with having rules but had they said that “THE 6 PEOPLE ONLY AT ALL TIME IS STRICTLY ENFORCED” , then we would have never rented this property. So beware that if a seventh person stops by for a visit, the property manager will be informed by his best friend within the neighborhood and you all will be threatened with getting kicked out and losing your money.
As far as cleanliness, the bed sheets, pillow cases, and towels all smelled like mildew. We had to wash them before using but the smell was still present. Windows and window frames were dusty. Their washing machine made all of our clothes smell like mildew. For the high cost, there are much much better properties and rental agencies.
If you want to be on the Sourh side this is the perfect location. Beautiful quiet neighborhood literally minutes from everything! Markets, shops, restaurants & beaches all so close! We really enjoyed having access to the Athletic club as well. Really great gym/fitness facilities everything you need. The pool and bar/restaurant there are great as well.
This home was beautiful inside and out. The patio overlooking the fourth hole of the golf course was very peaceful. It was a very enjoyable time with our children and spouses together celebrating our 33rd anniversary. We would definitely stay here again.
Had a fabulous stay ! Great quiet neighborhood, comfortable beds, very clean, fully equipped kitchen and a wonderful outdoor shower! The only thing we wished for were bikes to use. Bike rentals are hard to find and far away from the property.
