Our condo, (unit 118) is family owned and operated and new to the rental pool.

This beautiful and spacious 3 bedroom beach front condo offers stunning ocean views from the living room, kitchen and master bedroom. The second and third bedrooms also enjoy ocean views.

At the end of 2017 the condo got a beautiful renovation. Fresh paint, beautiful tile flooring, a/c in the living space and each bedrooms. The unit boasts at 75" tv in the family room, sophisticated quality linens and large, modern and unique wooden ceiling fans throughout. Breakfast, lunch, and dinner are sure to be enjoyed on the beautiful lanai, just steps away from the beach and the pool.

We have all new appliances, furniture, washer & dryer and bathroom fixtures. The kitchen is fully-equipped for fine dining and the spacious private lanai is perfect for morning coffee, relaxing or sunset dinners.

The location is great with sandy beaches in both directions and walking distance to dining, shopping and entertainment.

The Royal Mauian Resort is a one of a kind 6-story ocean front property located in South Kihei. It is located between 2 sandy beaches, is beautifully maintained and has panoramic ocean views.

The grounds offer an ocean front pool, an expansive lawn with chaise lounges over looking the water, and an ocean view roof garden with gas BBQ's tables and a full kitchen for a magical sunset dining experience.

We come to Maui every year and this was by far the best stay ever. Location, and complexe was amazing. The unit is beautiful clean, well kept, and has everything you need. We definitely would stay here again

Your condo was perfect! There was 7 in our party and the size of the condo was excellent. The location and being on the ground floor could not have been more relaxing. It was amazing to be able to walk right out the back door right to the pool and steps to the beach. Watching the turtles play in the ocean right on the lanai every morning with a cup of coffee before everyone got up was the most relaxing part of my day. The condo had everything you would need. Very well appointed and modern. Thank you!!!!!!!

This 3 bedroom condo was absolutely perfect for my family w 3 adult children. The turtles loved eating on the rocks right in front of our condo. No need to pay for a tour to see them. I highly rec BlueWaterRaftng to the Kanaio sea caves and hiking to Twin waterfalls and Maui off-road adventures. This condo will exceed your expectations
