    We have been staying on this property for many years and multiple times in this unit. It's a great location and Wendee is super helpful.

    This unit is a “Diamond in the rough”… extremely beautiful set up, clean & a great panoramic view from the lanai!… located near some wonderful shops and shopping market with groceries which was so convenient, all walking distance… I would HIGHLY recommend, and Wendee the property manager was very helpful when needed… I have already booked for next year with this unit!!! (I am disabled, and with the elevator available to the 3rd floor of this wonderful property, it is very user friendly for those with a handicap, including a nice sitting bench built in master shower)

    This was a great spot for our family, we had so much to do within walking distance (thanks so much to the property for having a wagon to use to get to the beach), and we loved the toddler pool and big pool at the property. Lots of space, laundry, and a great kitchen with all the basics for cooking some fish or steak on the grill.

    Kolea is perfectly located in the Waikoloa area, close to the beach, shopping and dining (all within easy walking distance). We've stayed in several units in Kolea and this particular unit was the best stocked, by far. Every kitchen amenity one would need, beach equipment (beach towels, chairs, umbrella, boogie boards, sand toys) and the beds are comfortable. The property manager, Wendee, was super responsive and addressed questions quickly and thoroughly. Looking forward to a return stay!

    We completely enjoyed our stay! Condo was clean, beautifully furnished & decorated and we absolutely love being on the third floor! Communication was prompt and easy! We will definitely be back! Mahalo to Wendee!

    Condo was just as advertised. Everything was clean and in good working order. Weather in this area of the island can't be beat. Pool area is beautiful and pool is now heated where as few years ago they didn't heat unless it dropped below 78 degrees. Now only issue with pool is the best loungers are full by 8:00 in the morning. There was always loungers in the back area open at least and ocean is a short walk away. Overall I would definitely stay in this condo again and Kolea is the best condo complex on the island.

    We stayed in Unit J15 for five nights with our two daughters for our elopement. It was beautiful, clean, stocked with any amenity you would need and provided us a beautiful place to come back to as newlyweds. The separation of space and outside lanai was lovely. Although Waikoloa is the windy side of the island, we weren’t too affected by it. Many things to do and see nearby. Mahalo, Wendee, for your hospitality with our fruit basket and providing our ohana an amazing stay. We will be back!

    We absolutely loved our stay at this incredible property. The kitchen has everything needed and there was more than enough room for our family of four (including two kids, 13 and 9). We especially appreciated the beach gear that is conveniently located in the covered parking closet -- so perfect! The grounds of the property are also beautifully maintained and we loved it's walking distance to the local shops and restaurants. Would definitely stay here again and can't wait to come back!
