A5 is in a small complex that is intimate and laid-back. You have a partial view of the ocean from your lanai. However, A5 is in a Direct BEACHFRONT COMPLEX which is steps away to Maui's famous white sand beach called "Sugar Beach". The beach is clean and unpopulated with beautiful views stretching for miles in either direction. You can walk for miles south towards South Kihei or miles north towards Maalaea Bay. Sugar Beach is Maui's longest beach.

A5 has many repeat guests. It has been a favorite for honeymooners and those celebrating special occasion. You will feel like you are among friends in this small and laid-back complex.
This location is ideal for long walks, jogging, swimming, snorkeling, sunbathing and whale watching in the winter (November - March).
The common area is direct OCEANFRONT and features a beautiful tiled pool with whale mosaics on the bottom, beachfront lawn with lounge chairs, large dining tables with umbrellas and BBQ area with 2 commercial gas grills, all with ocean views. The property faces West so you can enjoy each Happy Hour from either your private lanai or down in the pool area or oceanfront deck and watch the MAGNIFICENT Maui SUNSET skies.
A short walk down the beach to the south, you'll find a Farmers Market, an ABC Store, Sugar Beach Bake Shop and Ululani's Shave Ice (rated #1 on Maui). Right next door to the north, you'll enjoy local tavern called Dina's Sandwitch for casual dining with a full bar. Of course, by car there are abundance options from casual dining in South Kihei to fine dining in Wailea and Mama's Fish House in Paia. You can drive to Safeway, Foodland, Costco, Target, Walmart and local shops. For your shopping needs, you will find everything from souvenir T-shirts to expensive high-end Louis Vuitton handbags to Rolex watches to fine jewelry creations at Tiffany & Co in the Shops of Wailea.
Your condo location is Centrally located on the island and about 15 MINUTES from the AIRPORT. It is great for those who wish to see other parts of Maui and then return home to their condo for a relaxing evening watching the GORGEOUS Colorful SUNSET. There is nothing like relaxing in front of a Beautiful Skyline, the perfect end to any day.
High Season (higher nightly rates) runs from late December to mid-April and Regular Season (more affordable nightly rates) runs from late April to mid-December.

We loved our stay! It was a treat to stay in a location right on the beach. It was ideal for early morning paddles on the calm waters, walks on the long stretches of beach and watching the sunsets and even a full moon rise. The condo is well equipped with all that you need for a beach vacation. Krysta the owner did a great job communicating with us before arriving. We really appreciated all the recommendations that she shared. When we contacted Krysta about a few minor issues she responded right away and solved the problems. For example, one of the beach chairs accidentally broke and she went out and replaced it with a new one that same day. I highly recommend this condo for a getaway to Maui. We’d love to stay here again if we come back to Maui.

Beautiful breeze way leading to condo on that we stayed in on the bottom level. We enjoyed looking for geckos.
Condo was newly renovated and comfortable. It was so nice to be foot steps to the beach. Only downside was the pool was small and water was colder than I would have liked.

Condo was well stocked with everything you need for a beach stay in Maui. Very clean and host kept in communication and offered suggestions of great things to do. As a first timer to Maui, this was very helpful. Onsite laundry perfect for longer stays. Beach access is super convenient, clean and beautiful views.

This condo is lovely, clean and very close to the ocean! In fact walking to the condo you hear the waves crashing!! That close. Of course then, beach walks are right there and beauty all around you. Very much enjoyed our Maui stay here.

My husband and I stayed here for our honeymoon, and let me just say, it was the best vacation we've ever had. This unit was clean, and very cozy. We spent a lot of time at our condo relaxing. Complimentary coffee on the patio every morning was a plus! I also want to mention the BED... it was so comfortable! Krysta was a wonderful host. She was organized, quick to respond, and even sent us a list of activities to do during out stay. Thank you, for making our time in Maui so enjoyable. We will definitely be staying here again.

My husband and I stayed here for 8 nights celebrating our 1 year anniversary and preferred this to our previous stay on the west side of the island. The location is perfect for exploring the island. It is centrally located and very close to the airport. There are not a lot of restaurants directly around the condo but plenty within a 10 minute drive. The condo was clean and host was very good a communicating. The air-conditioning was amazing!! The condo has everything you could need to feel at home and enjoy your vacation. Parking is free and very close by. The beach is steps from your door. The view from the lanai is not much, but we would just walk 10 steps to the pool area for beach access. I would recommend this location/unit to family and friends spending time in Maui.
