The unit was beautifully and tastefully decorated, clean, and thoughtfully stocked, from extra blankets and pillows to beach essentials like chairs and snorkel gear. The kitchen had everything we needed, even a drawer full of spices! And of course, the views were absolutely stunning — being a penthouse unit right on the ocean made it unforgettable. The owner was friendly, responsive, and easy to reach. We’d stay here again in a heartbeat!

This is an amazing, beautiful condo in the best property in Princeville. We loved our stay and are looking forward to returning. Everything about this condo was fantastic, including the incredible view, living spaces and furnishings. The kitchen is also super well equipped with everything you could possibly need for cooking, and the closet comes well stocked with tennis rackets and beach equipment. Gary was also an exceptional host -- felt like we were staying at the home of someone we know. He sent us a great welcome packet with info we consulted throughout our stay. I've booked countless VRBOs and this is at the very top of the list.
This was a wonderful place to stay. Can't beat the view! Loved the location, hiked down to Hidden Beach multiple times. Gary's place was nice and lovely to stay at.

The property is so nice, we were very happy with the location, views our our patio, access to a private beach area, and the overall accommodations in the unit. Gary the owners was very responsive and easy to engage with. My wife, me, and 23 year old daughter went on the trip and this place was perfect for us!

The place has incredible views both of the mountains from the front door to expansive ocean views from everywhere else. Very clean and spacious as well as the AC being great. Not a whole lot negative about the place. The primary shower head does leak a bit, but it wasn’t a big deal. I will say that being asked to clean dishes and do laundry for the price of the rental, which included a substantive cleaning fee, was a little frustrating.

Vacation trip with my wife and youngest child. Accommodations were first class and well maintained. Our stay was peaceful, quiet and restful. Had to dodge a few rain showers during the week, but still had a magnificent time. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.
Just returned from a "too short"stay in Kauai. The owner of this property is amazing: Gary really listens to his renters and offers wonderful advice. Although we did some traveling to other parts of the island, we would have been perfectly happy just spending more of our time at the condo and visiting only nearby attractions. Such a lovely place and perfect for our group of four adults.
Lovely stay at Gary's apartment for 5 nights with my family of four. Host was very responsive and left a handy guide book for the area. I also appreciated all of the beach and sports gear available for guest use. Outstanding ocean views from the property, condo was immaculate and comfortable, very true to the photos and information posted on vrbo. Wouldn't hesitate to stay here again!
Had 8 great nights at condo which is located on the northeast side of the island in Princeville with beautiful views of the ocean from the lanai and almost every room. Small complex with pool and tennis court with this unit being on the top floor. Condo had everything you need from snorkel gear to chairs, coolers and umbrella. We played tennis every day with the provided racquets. Overall a very nice place to stay and had great communication with the property owner.
The condo was just as advertised. The location and view were spectacular. The host was very responsive and attentive. I’d recommend this accommodation to everyone.

The condo was exactly as depicted, and then some. The host, Gary, has thought of everything that a guest might need on a stay. Along with being beautifully situated with an ocean view that stretches for miles, the property is perfect for a romantic getaway. It is close to some great restaurants (short drive), but also perfect for cooking in the great kitchen. Gary is a pleasure to work with. He sent us a welcome package weeks before our trip that was incredibly helpful. Highly recommend this property!

This is an amazing apportioned unit. It felt like home it was so comfortable but with a feeling of luxury at the same time. The view was incredible with a huge deck to look out over the ocean with the sun above and listening to the waves below. The property owner was very attentive and I would highly recommend this property. The whole area was beautiful.
This property was stunning and perfectly located with excellent communication from the host. We traveled to 3 islands on this trip and stayed at VRBO’s on each leg and this unit was by far the best. The communication from the owner throughout the process and the amenities of the unit were top both top notch.
This is our absolute favorite property to stay in Kauai. The host Gary, is amazing to work with. the property its self is absolutely beautiful. The beach just a short walk away was our favorite. We had our teen age daughter with us and did a lot of excursions on the south side. My husband and I decided next time when it’s just the two of us we would golf, beach and things here in Princeville. If you are looking for a relaxing atmosphere with a stunning view this is the place!
This spectacular condo could not have been more perfect! Bright, super clean, comfortable, beautiful decor, views. Lots of spices and cooking supplies to make great meals on the terrace. Great location for touring the north and east parts of the island. Hiked down to Hideaways beach to watch incredible sunsets.

Gary's home is special place to rest and relax, everything we needed was provided for, groceries near by, the outdoor grill was spot on for a staycation.
The whales put on a special show from our balcony on our last full day!
