Location, location, location! After vacationing at the Sugar Beach for 35+ years, we can honestly say that unit #111 is our favorite condo at the Sugar Beach Resort. This ground-floor, corner-unit condo is located steps from the pool area and beach! It’s shaded in the afternoon and has some privacy hedges, so you can enjoy dinner, drinks and games on the lanai. The location and positioning of this condo gives you easy access to ocean and resort amenities while being only a few steps away from home.

Head down to the manicured lawns, pull up a lounge chair and sunbath under swaying palms or take a 10 minute stroll south along the beach to the Maui Farmer's Market to pick up your fresh pineapple, mangoes and other local produce, including homemade baked goods! There's also a small ABC Store to pick up any last-minute items, plus some of the best Shave Ice on the island at “Ululani’s”.

Location:
The Sugar Beach Resort is centrally located on the island of Maui on a secluded beach just north of Kihei town. The resort is on the Sugar Beach, which is a beautiful and very usable beach where you can walk for miles on the beautiful sand, swim in the ocean, play in the sand, snorkel, boogie board, kayak, stand-up-paddle, enjoy the sunsets or just lounge on the beach.

Brand New QUEEN SIZE PULL OUT COUCH w/ Memory Foam Mattress and 2 twin size air-mattresses w/ sheets in the bedroom closet.

This place had EVERYTHING we could have possibly needed. We had a 9 year old and 12 year old share the pullout couch (super comfy) I might add, while we enjoyed the bedroom. The location of the condo is perfect, you’re literally 10 steps away from the pool and about 40 away from the ocean. I can say 10/10 we will be staying here again. Thank you for making our vacation so memorable!

Good location to drive to south and west Maui beaches. Nice pool and amenities, the unit has a lot of space and looks exactly as the pictures. Steps from the pool and beach, would definably stay there again

My family and I stayed here for our Christmas vacation. The condo was super cute and clean. We were greeted with a cute gift basket filled with goodies. Host provided some great toiletries such as, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, so I didn’t have to go buy some. Being on the first floor was great, it was easy access to the beach and pool. My boys utilized the pool and hot tub every night. The bed was big and comfy. My two boys slept on the sofa bed. I loved that it had a washer and dryer, we washed all of our clothes before we went home. It’s in a central location, near HWY, so it was convenient. The condo manager, Marco, was easy to get a hold of whenever we needed something, he was great. I would recommend this place to friends and families. Will definitely come back. Thanks for a great vacation.

This was the perfect spot for our family of 4. Our kids loved the pool and the beach is private and ideal. Aging property and so this is not luxury but again great with kids.

Seamless communication and check-in. The condo had everything we needed (except a high chair, which was easy to rent!) for our getaway with our one year old. The ground floor access made it really easy to walk right out to the pool or beach. The beach is amazing for walking and swimming! A quick drive to some great restaurants. Would definitely recommend!

Terrific location in Kihei! Check in and Check out was super easy. There was a lovely note addressed to us and lovely Hawaiian music playing when we walked in. Love the decor and and all the amenities this condo has to offer. Fantastic vibe we would definitely stay here again. Mahalo!

The location was fantastic, the condo was perfect for my husband and I. We really enjoyed the accessibility to the beach, literally steps away and the sandwich shop was also enjoyed by us. Highly recommend! We look forward to visiting again!
