Aloha! Welcome to our Kamaole Sands condo, a 2 minute walk to Kamaole III Beach.
Our condo, with large lanai, is a private and beautifully remodeled ground floor unit with a peekaboo ocean view from the lanai. Our on-island contact/concierge Darrel Smith will contact you prior to your arrival to help ensure you have a wonderful stay.
This 1 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo has a brand new Central Air Conditioning unit which is rather unique to Kamaole Sands. It is also equipped with a stocked kitchen, a wine fridge, new stainless steel appliances, granite countertops and Koa wood beautiful cabinets. It has two beautiful bathrooms with showers, a Sleep Number king-sized bed in the bedroom and a fold-down couch in the living room with Travertine tile throughout. It has two flat screen TVs, one in the living room and the other in the bedroom, free WiFIi internet access, along with a new front loading Kenmore Elite washer and dryer. We also have accessories for your adventurous beach outings that include 2 Tommy Bahama beach chairs, 2 Tommy Bahama beach umbrellas and 4 beach towels.
Our condo, located in building 9, is sure to meet your vacation needs and make you feel at home. Kamaole Sands is one of the most popular condominium resorts on Maui. It is 15 acres filled with tropical flowers, ponds and fountains. It has one large pool, 2 hot tubs, a kid's pool, 4 tennis courts, a workout room, ping pong, foosball, and 5 BBQ gas grill pavilions.
On Wednesday evenings, Mai Tai parties are held at the pool from 3:00pm - 4:45pm.
One free reserved parking space is included.
Everything you need is within walking distance. It is a prime location for a relaxing vacation!
During Covid, we ask that you limit visitors to our condo to a minimum and follow Maui Country rules for gatherings. Also, no visitors are allowed to use the facilities at Kamaole Sands, only checked-in guests.
Beginning in January 2022, owners who rent out their condo as a vacation rental are asked to collect the registration fee and resort fee from their guests prior to their arrival. In the past, those fees were collected by the front desk upon arrival but they no longer wish to collect them from guests. This fee is now collected ($70) and paid to Kamaole Sands and Castle Resorts by us.
The County of Maui has also imposed a 3% added tax to renters beginning Jan 2022. That tax is included in your payment.

Had a great time staying at this property. I love Kamaole Sands and have been coming since i was a kid. This condo was beautiful, comfortable, and affordable. The hosts were easy to respond to and everything went off without a hitxh. . Will definitely be bacj!

The place was clean and just as described. The resort complex was well equipped with pool and hot tubs. Concierge was a great help. Overall an amazing stay. We felt right at home. Highly recommend!

Although we have been to Maui before, this was our first time to Kihei and it did not disappoint. Kihei is certainly special. There are a ton of things to do, the weather on this side of the island was gorgeous and the the condo was in close proximity to everything! The condo provided every amenity you would ever need. Definitely a “home away from home”. We would definitely stay here again! Mahalo

Clean, comfortable condo. This was our third time staying here. Located across the street from Kamaole Beach3. King size bed, comfortable queen size sofa bed (medium firm…no steel bar! ). New central AC ( not a window unit ) very effective cooling. Cool natural stone floors, (also keep things cool) Two bathrooms. Large Whirlpool washer and dryer. Total granite countertops, throughout. All the beach supplies you need….chairs, umbrellas etc. Also…try to compare the cost of this condo to any hotel on Maui…!

Chris and Mark were wonderful hosts. We have stayed at Kamaole Sands before and this condo exceeded our expectations. It is beautifully renovated with high quality touches like the dishes, towels, and very comfortable king size bed. The ground floor location was our favourite part as it was like having our own private little back yard. Highly recommend to any families looking to stay in sunny Kihei!

This condo is only a 5 minute walk to the beach, and we found the value compared to other places we’ve stayed to be exceptional.
The condo was very well equipped with all the needed gear and the kitchen was also complete with all the hardware needed. The unit is very well maintained and very clean.
I wouldn't hesitate to book this unit again next year.

The location of the unit is within walking distance of parks and beaches. Several small shopping areas also within walking distance.
Location on the condominium property wasn’t as quiet as we hoped, condo backs an alleyway. Every morning we opened up the place for fresh air, but peacefulness was drowned out by the noise of motorcycles and noisy cars from the nextdoor apartments heading out to work. Opportunities we noticed and shared with ‘our on-island contact/concierge; master bathroom walk-in shower backup inches deep, spiders and webs next to night stands/bed.
