Place was great only complaint is air conditioning is on a 6 hour timer so it got warm when you went there or while sleeping
Love the location, access to the beach and pool, assigned parking right by door, supplies available…now has 5 beach chairs and a wagon to easily take them back and forth to beach. AC works well! Awesome to sit on lanai in the mornings.
We've stayed in this same complex several times now, these units up front are perfect, they offer ground level access, with the ability to go upstairs and sit on the deck for ocean views. The unit was comfortable, had everything we needed. If you're a very light sleeper the road is nearby and may potentially not be desirable. For us it's worth it to be closer to the ocean. I'd for sure stay here again.
Overall our experience was good. Property was well maintained. We had an issue getting into the property as the property management company did not provide us with a code to our residence as detailed in our instructions. We called all available numbers provided and did not get an answer. We were able to get ahold of the actual owner who lived on island and she graciously came down and provided

Safe beautiful ocean view property with two lanais. Across the street from great snorkel beach Kamaole II. Great for sunsets and beach walks. Loved having all the beach supplies to use. Would stay again!

We had a wonderful stay at this amazing beachside Condo. Easy access to the beach and nearby restaurants made this the perfect place for a Maui getaway. Really enjoyed sitting out on both the upstairs and downstairs lanais.
The location of the condo is amazing!!! It was pretty warm during our stay so thank goodness for a/c! We did have a few issues with checking in and when we arrived at check-in time the cleaners were still there. Due to this, I think they rushed the cleaning and the bathroom wasn’t cleaned very thoroughly even though we had let them know that we would leave and be back and to take their time. Also, a maintenance guy had to come in and work on some appliances during our stay. Otherwise the location is very central in Kihei and easily walkable and driveable to many different food and beach locations.
I feel like the most important thing I want to mention is the location of this condo 😍 it’s first of all right across from the beach , just walk across the street and you’re there , second is so central if you plan to go other places . Parking spot is right in front of the condo . Each room has a AC so that’s wonderful. Condo was comfortable and had everything you might need , starting from kitchen equipment to beach toys and towels .
